You hummed as you walked back to your shared apartment, excited at the idea of Solarius meeting your new friends.
You unlocked the door with a 'clack' and stepped in, locking it behind you.
"Sol? I'm backkk!"
Shuffling was the only response, which piqued your interest enough to get you to check it out. Just like those idiots from horror movies.... Oh god...
"Sol?" You reached for his door handle, opening the door without any trouble.
"Sol, are you—""Y/n."
You whizzed around, facing a smiling Solarius.
"Let's go on a date."
A question mark formed above your head as you tilted your head to the side.
"A date...?"
He nodded as you to hummed in response. You were nervous...
I've never really thought of love, now that I think about it... I've only got second hand experience...
You stiffened when you realised he was still waiting for an answer.
You gulped, but mustered up the courage to nod.It's late... I wonder what will happen?
~~~
"Haha, before careful! You might fall, y'know?"
You gasped when your grip on Solarius loosened just a little, making you latch onto his neck for support.
He smirked, a playful glint forming in his eyes.
"Scared?" You scoffed at his taunt.
"Of course I'm not scared, it's just a bit high for comfort, that's all. Just let me get used to it..." You mumbled out, loosening your grip on him.
He frowned in dissatisfaction and grabbed your waist. You gasped once more in shock as he took the two of you up further into the atmosphere.
Yes, you were flying. Or was it floating? In the middle of the night right above the city.
