I was floating...
I was drifting blissfully in a dark nothingness. There were no dreams, no thoughts, just existing. It was peaceful. But as had been made clear a long time ago, good thing don't last for me.
I felt my consciousness being pulled back into my body and my eyes opened. As quickly as I opened my eyes, I shut them again due to the harsh red light.
I slowly opened again and squinted, trying to adjust to the brightness. I tried to move but I couldn't. I looked at my arms, to see that they had been chained and so were my legs. I was hanging two feet in the air, chained and completely immobile.
I looked around and saw that I was on some sort of hilly rock platform. I couldn't see what was behind me but there was a huge valley ahead of me. There was molten magma pouring through the many holes of the cavern wall. The heat scorched my skin and clouded my thoughts.
<Kinda like this?

I tried to summon Lucian but couldn't. I thrashed around, trying to free myself from my bonds. Nothing happened and I heard a familiar voice towards my left.
"Ah, you're finally awake. I was beginning to worry" said Edward, placing a hand to his chest in mock sympathy. I growled at him in anger. I had to find a way out of here...wherever I was.
"Let...me...go" I said, heavily lacing my words with power. Ed seemed hesitant for a second before recovering and laughing darkly.
"That work on me light bringer. You might be strong and skilled, but you lack experience." He said, smirking in a evil manner. I knew he was right but didn't want to accept it. I had gotten this far despite impossible odds, I wasn't going to admit defeat now.
"Oh, go to hell" I said in an irritated tone. Ed just gave out a small laugh and stretched out his hand. Out of nowhere, a black whip materialised in his extended hand. He carefully pinched and dragged two of his fingers across the whip while smiling at me.
"Where do you think we are? This is Hell, true Hell mind you. My father rarely visits this place. Meant to harbour the worst of the monsters to ever exist, this Hell exists in a plane that's separate from the Hell that you journeyed to." He said.
"How's dad keeping the apartment though? I heard he added some lovely flowers in the pollen allergic section" he said with a genuinely questioning look.
Who was his father? I thought back to conversation where lucifer told me that one of his children was responsible for taking Andromeda. I connected the dots and my eyes widened.
"Your Lucifer's son, aren't you?" I asked. Ed gave a dark smirk and looked at me. For the first time, I could see something under his hood. In the darkness I saw red glinting orbs. The top of his neck was visible and looked to be made of scale-like skin.
