Todoroki's pov
Me and Bakugo should just trade phones. It would make things so much easier. If we had, I wouldn't have had to walk to his dorm to text Shinso.
I sigh as I lay down on my bed awaiting the knock of freedom.
Quite a while later, there's a knock at my door and I spring up to get to it.
On the other side was my salvation; Shinso with a case of beer.
"Hey Bakugo, here's what you asked for," he said in a tired and bored voice. I took it and gave him a fair amount of cash to pay for this and the car troubles...plus the extra $1,000.
He looked at me curiously and put it in his pocket. He nodded and then started walking away. He didn't get but a step before he sighed and turned around.
"Ya know, I just gotta ask... why are you in Todoroki's dorm?"
"If I get caught, then I can blame it on him for possessing alcohol on school grounds. He doesn't know I'm here, and I will—"
"No need to threaten me, I won't tell. Also, why do you have his money?"
"He told me to hand it to you when you came to give me my case. He just thinks I'm in my dorm when I'm not."
"...okay?"
"Thanks again. Enjoy your time with the others."
With that, I close the door and turn back to my freedom. There are so many things I want to do but can't. I'm not in my body.
If I do them now...Bakugo will suffer when we switch again. Better to wait until we're back to normal.
Until that happens...I'll just have to stick with liquid freedom.
I grab one of the bottles and open it before trying to down most of it in one sip. I kinda succeeded except it was more like ¼ of it.
To freedom.
Sorry for the short chapter but I had no free time last week at all and could only find a few minute window of time to write this during a class lecture this morning. My apologies, I'll try to get a longer chapter out soon
