Chapter 17

Izuku's pov

Our last day in Italy just consisted of us wandering around to different cities and getting souvenirs and seeing some historic sites and museums.

Other than that, nothing really happened on their last day in Italy.

On Friday, everyone awoke bright and early to do some last minute packing and board everything on a bus so they could make it to their flight on time.

It was about 5 when they woke up and the class arrived at the airport at 6.

Today the magazine featuring Todoroki and I is coming out. I messaged Katie about it and she said that she was getting a copy.

As the class walked into the airport I saw some of the photos from the magazine on almost every other tv monitor and stacks of them being sold in stores.

I blush a little and look at the ground.

"Bro! You two are famous!" Kaminari shouted as he pointed at one of the monitors showing a newscaster talking about the magazine.

That got the classes attention as they all started pointing out the different things they were wearing and choosing which outfit they liked best.

I laughed at their game and looked at Todoroki who seemed to be amused as well.

We boarded the plane at around 10 and surprisingly, no one changed from their assigned seats. They happily chatted with whoever they were assigned to sit by. We arrived back home around 3 and the class was starving, so we ate a quick lunch at the airport.

(Yes I know that it would normally take like 12-15 hours but let's just say that they had a really fast plane and were being propelled by a wind quirk to help make them go faster)

After the quick lunch, they were driven back to their dorms and everyone quickly resettled into their rooms.

I took a nap and rewoke around 5. I went to the commons to see if anyone had made any dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find a pot of katsudon on the stove. I got a bowl before heading back up to my room where I quickly ate it before going back down to wash and put my dishes away.

"Hey! Midobro! Come join us!" I look over to find the source of the voice on the floor playing cards with Uraraka, Tsu, Jiro, Momo, Iida, Kirishima, and Shoji.

I joined them and took the pile of cards handed to me by Mina.

Turns out they were playing phase 10, one of the only card games I'm almost never beaten at.

I chuckle a little as we start a new round of the game.

Not too surprisingly, about 40 minutes later I was declared the winner. I was almost beaten by Momo which I'm like 78.39% sure she cheated, but it doesn't matter because I won.

I smile as I help them pack up the deck of cards and we all start talking about some random things.

They mentioned doing more stuff as a class and I decided to take my opportunity.

"How about next weekend we rent out a park for the night? We can have a bonfire, stargaze, play some games like flashlight tag, or truth or dare, or messy twister. We can roast marshmallows, swim in the lake, there are a lot of things we couldn do. It's also something that wouldn't be too expensive to do either." I shrug my shoulders at the end as Mina and Uraraka squeezes.

"That's a great idea! I'm going to text the group chat!" Mina shouted as she pulled out her phone and quickly typed out a message.

Not a few seconds later she slides it back into her pocket and says, "It's all set! We're renting out XXX park Friday night. We have the week to come up with some ideas on food and other games and stuff. That was such a great idea Midoriya!" Mina squealed as she launched herself at me and engulfed me in a hug.

I laughed as I hugged her back and smiled at the thought of yet another thing being crossed off my list.

I can't wait to tell Todoroki.

Another short chapter but I did release this and the previous chapter early because of Thanksgiving and such (at least I think this week is Thanksgiving...) Anyways, happy Thanksgiving or not Thanksgiving!
