Nico's POV:
The rumors about me and Percy dating spread like wildfire, and I was glad that they did, because they had to know Percy was off limits. We've been together for about 3 weeks now, and I wanted to do something special for him for Valentine's Day since it our first milestone in the relationship. I scrambled for ideas when I stumbled onto one. I knew Percy really liked the ocean, so I decided a trip to the beach would be fun, and he really liked brownies so I baked some for him. I got everything ready throughout the week, and got my chauffeur Jules-Albert to drive us there in a limo. But this was still a secret from Percy so I asked my friends to keep quiet until Valentine's Day.
Its Valentine's Day today and I got dressed in a black and red hoodie with black sweat pants. Hazel was driving me to school today since dad was busy and Will was riding the bus with Leo. We got in the car and she said, "So hows everything with Percy??" I blushed at the mention of Percy because I couldn't wait to see him today. "Everything is great, what about Frank?" I asked. "Frank is great! Thanks for asking Neeks. Also if you need advice or if you need me to teach Percy a lesson I always here." She said smiling. We soon made it to the school, and I saw Percy waiting for me in front of my locker. He smiled when he saw me and lifted me into a hug, and kissed my forehead. "Happy Valentines Day my dear boyfriend." He said smiling. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and said it back to him. Then he pulled out a black rose from his locker, and handed it to me. "Its not a real one, but it'll last forever, like my love for you." He said smiling. I broke into a grin, and replied, "Stop being so cute, dork."
The day went slower than a snail, the classes seemed to stretch on forever. Ugh, why does life do this just when I'm excited for something?! And it was even worse because me and Percy had only a few classes so I couldn't see his cute face. After lunch was over, I crept into Percy's next class and went to the seat where he sits and left a note. Then I quickly got out and went to my class which I ended up being late to, but my teacher was not too mad. I patiently waited for the bell to ring for the last bell.
Percy's POV:
After lunch I walked to my next class, I entered the class and went to my desk where I found a note awaiting me. It read:
Jules-Albert will be waiting for you in the parking lot after school, get in the car with him and meet me at the spot.

Awww Nico had planned something! Now that I knew of this surprise I couldn't wait for it, and barely paid attention to my classes. Finally the long awaited bell rang, and I raced into the parking lot, without even saying by to my friends. There I found Jules-Albert waiting for me, "You're here Monsieur, please get in the car." He said opening the door for me. I got in the car and Jules-Albert drove me to an unfamiliar place. I called mom to tell her I'd be late today and not to worry in the meantime. And while we were in the ride I helped myself to all the assortment of chocolate in the car. We finally arrived to the place, and I got out to find myself at the beach. I found Nico waiting for me on the cliff overlooking the ocean, where he had set up a picnic. "Awww you shouldn't have!!" I said giving Nico a peck on the lips. I looked at the beautiful view over the ocean, as the sun started to set a little.
We settled down and ate the pizza and blue kool aid that Nico got for us, and a blue cookies, and talked about our day while eating. It was Nice doing this, because Me and Annabeth never really did much for Valentines day. "I'm sorry I didn't do anything for you." I said pouting. "That's alright!! Let me surprise you for once, and my best gift is spending time with my boyfriend so I'm happy." I gave Nico a smile and pulled him into a hug. "So wanna swim?" I asked. "Its the middle of February Percy." Nico said. "And?? I can keep you warm." Nico still refused so I decided not to go either. Soon it started getting dark and we lay on top of the cliff together looking at the stars. "I love you Neeks." I said.
"Love you too Percy." Nico said.

Author's Note: SO I have been thinking about a book 2 for this book or, I was going to start a new story. If it was book 2 it would focus on their senior year of high school. Anyway I'll decide soon and let you guys know. See you next chapter! Adieu~
