Chapter VI [REDO,IT GOT SCREWED UP!]

Few days had passed after Kate and Kai kissed. Their relationship had evolved from two people who didn't quite know each other that well to boyfriend and girlfriend.

Basically we could say that they're in a romantic relationship.

*Kate's POV*

I woke up feeling different than I did before. That empty space in my heart was suddenly starting to fill up. I didn't feel that sad and angry... Kai's love I felt, was somehow, replacing the grieve and sadness from Kol not being around.

I was just, feeling actual happiness, that I haven't felt in a really long time.

I was lying in bed when Caroline burst in.

"So?!"

"Knock, Caroline."-I said and she rolled her eyes.-"Ok, what is it?"

"What is it? What is it?"-she almost yelled, she was annoyed yet angry.-"Are you coming or are you coming?"

"Where?"

"Seriously?"-she did that face and hit the tone perfectly, as she usually did in these kind of situations.-"College, Katerella!"

"Let's get one thing straight my name merged with Cinderella's is not that pretty."

"And the important thing..."

"I'll think about it."-I said as I stood up.

"You've been thinking about it for over a week! We're leaving tomorrow, Kate! There's no time left, it's either you're coming with us, or not..."

I looked at my phone, which was back on the bed.

"Give me one more hour, ok?"-I smiled.

"Ugh! Fine!"-she rolled her eyes at me, I grinned and kissed her cheek.

I leaned on the bed and took my phone.-"I promise I won't make you wait a second after 10am!"-I said as I climbed down the stairs.

"You wanted to meet me?"-Kai smiled as he approached me.

I smiled and pressed my lips against his.

"I wanted to talk to you..."

"And the woods would be a perfect explanation for that."-he chuckled confused.

"It was the nearest place for me."

"Of course."-he rolled his eyes and smiled.-"So what did you want to talk about?"-he asked as he put one arm around my waist, resting it on my lower hip.

I smiled.-"I may be going to college..."

"What?"-he stopped walking.-"Where? Don't tell me Brown, or NYU, or something..."

"Of course not! It's kinda close to here actually."

"Where?"

"Whitmore..."

They were quiet for a while.

"You should know that I'd be visiting."-Kai chuckled.

"I'd be more than happy. Alltho I wouldn't know how my roommate will feel about it..."

"Are we talking about the one you said is really outgoing?"

"No, not really. And I've mentioned it more than once, her name is Caroline."-I rolled my eyes and smiled.-"And the one I'll be in the same room with is called Liv."

"Liv?"

"Yeah, Liv Parker, she has a twin brother-Luke. He was the re-I mean... they're nice. She's sorta dating my best friend Tyler."-I said.

"Liv and Luke Parker..."-Kai smiled, which caught me of course.

"You know them?"-I asked confused.

"...Nah..."-was the only thing he said.-"C'mon it's getting late, you should go to Caroline before she explodes from fury."-he chuckled.

"Yeah..."-I said, pecked his lips and went through the woods to my house.
