Chapter VIII

Liv's phone rang.-"I gotta take this. I'll be back shortly."-she said, picked up the phone and left the room.

Kate and Laura just stared at each other.

"Seriously, Laura?"-Kate said.

"Well Laurina was way too serious."

"Vampired much?"-both of them said in the same time. They grinned and hugged.

"I thought you died!"-Laura said.

"I thought you died!"

"What happened back then? I had no idea, literally!"

"Well Katherine was the one who started it, she had turned Pearl and her daughter and a bunch of other people."

"And us..."

"And my brothers..."

"Both of them?"

Kate nodded.-"At least I won't get to lose them."

"Yeah.."

"Do you think that you'd still have a crush od a certain Salvatore?"-Kate smirked.

"Shut up!"

*Flashback-Mystic Falls 1863*
"Kate?"-the maid said.
"Yes Auntie Camilla?"-she despised calling the women by their full names! For her they weren't slaves, or maids, they were the ones who raised her to be a proper young lady.
"Mrs. Laurina is here to see you, shall I send her in?"
"Of course!"-Kate grinned.
She was so happy when her best friend came to visit her.
This year they hadn't seen each other at all! Kate is very sick and only family could see her.
"Well I decided to not listen to my parents for once! I ran from home!"
"You what? They're out of town, aren't they?"-Kate chuckled.
"...Yes..."
"Come here, sit."-Kate smiled.-"Don't be scared. They say it's really scary, but in fact it's just a flew."-Kate said coughing.-"Father is just worrying for nothing."-She smiled.
"Well if that's so..."
"You look like you have something to say..."
"I do."-Laurina said and hid her face in her gloved palms.
"Are you blushing? It's about a boy!"-Kate grinned.
"But which boy..."
"Which? Oh my God, I don't know, tell me!"
"I think... I think that a certain black haired icy-blue eyed Salvatore is pretty handsome."
"Oh my God!"-Kate grinned.-"You like Damon!"
Laurina took a pillow and buried her face in it.-"Don't tell him."
"He thinks you're cute..."
"He does?"
*End of flashback*

"Where did you disappear after 1864?"

"I travelled the world. You?"

"Pretty much the same, but we got back to Mystic."-Kate said and Laura nodded.-"Why Smith tho? I stayed the same..."

"Well u changed it as soon as I became a vampire and woke up as one. I took my suitcases and left. No one had seen me since then and I didn't know what happened to the so well known Salvatore family."

"I get it."-Kate said.-"Oh my God! I'm so happy to see you... Laura."-she chuckled and hugged her.

When Liv came back in she saw the girls already drinking coffee.

"Umm... ok, befriended yourselves already?"

"Turns out we knew each other."

"Great. Well I have to go out."

"Tyler here?"-Kate said.

"Who's Tyler?"

"Her boyfriend."

"Ooooh."

"Smooch, Smooch, smoochiiii."-Kate did kissing sounds.

"Shut up. You're already getting on my nerves Salvatore..."-Liv rolled her eyes.-"He's here for a reason."

"What?"-Kate asked, knowing that it was serious.

Liv looked at Laura and back at Kate.

"Oh don't worry babe, she's as old as me."

"Huh?"-Liv asked confused.

Laura's fangs came out.-"She's a vampire too."-Kate explained.

"Aaaah, ok..."-Liv said, as Laura's fangs started to disappear.-"That loonatic slaughter person, that was stuck with Damon in hell, is my brother, our brother."

"Woah... what will happen now?"

"He wants to merge with Jo."

"What?"

"Merging means-"

"I know what it means!"-Kate cut her off.-"But wouldn't that kill one of them?"

"And Jo, being the weaker one... definitely..."

So it won't go as it is in the series, I mean duh. I shall re-order it.
There it is new chapter short and yeah, sorry, big headache a lot of tests, baring with all of the above at once and plus there's more... I'll publish the new one as soon as possible, probably tomorrow.
