Koichi had enough to be honest. Josuke keeps on whining and whining about you having to get a boyfriend soon if he doesn't make his move. But, he's not making any moves and it's starting to piss off Koichi because he's the one that Josuke run off to whenever he's going to whine about and how fantastic you are.
Now, Koichi has a slight of experience to that especially with Yukako since both of them are now together. Koichi would give advice that Josuke would never seem to do to you because he's too shy.
That is, until one day, Koichi has had enough and has made up a plan on his head. He's not planning to tell Josuke about this soon, but Koichi does need help from a certain someone.
"Hazamada-san!" Koichi called out as he run after the raven haired boy who was currently out of his way from the school.
Hazamada quickly turned around to see Koichi running off towards him, "Koichi! Do you need something?" Hazamada asked slightly tilting his head to the side.
"Actually, yeah! Come with me." Quickly, after Koichi catching up on his breath. He quickly dragged Hazamada somewhere so that he can talk to her properly.
After the two of them had found a spot where even Josuke wouldn't have a thought to go, that's where Koichi told his plan to Hazamada.
"So, you want me to use my stand to face off as Josuke and confess to (Y/n)?" Hazamada asked, making sure it was clear to Koichi.
Koichi nodded, "Yes! So that he would stop whining and finally have (Y/n)! He's too shy for his own good!" Koichi said slightly raising his voice.
"Well, Josuke did destroy my puppet so..." Hazamada said as he looked up at the building where the art room is, "Maybe we can one at the art classroom." He said in which made Koichi smile.
"Great! Let's go!"

The next day Koichi had it all planned. And so, he looked over for you around the school with Hazamada. After all, you're one busy student with a lots of things to do since you're the school council president.
"Ah! (Y/n)-chan!" Koichi called out as he run up towards you, holding a pink envelope. Hazamada followed him, almost tripping along the way.
"Oh! Hi, Koichi, and Hazamada-san!" You greeted with a smile.
