The party last night was wild. Literally wild. Im pretty sure that kaizü and I got pretty drunk too. The last I remember was us doing karaoke with Joe Elliot.
I sat up in bed to see a note on my bedside table.
Last night was so fun! Tonight all the guys are going out to the Rainbow Bar and Grill, see you there!
- kaizü
I smile at the note and put it back down. I then hear the door swing open and bang against the wall.
"You time travelled?!" Exclaims Steven.
"Dude, I told you not to tell anyone!" Says Tommy hitting him on the back of his head.
"Owww! That hurt, what the fuck Tommy!" Shouts Steven.
"Yeah what the fuck Tommy! I told you not to tell anyone you promised." I say.
"I'm sorry, I told Steven last night when i was drunk and we'll didn't think he would remember but here we are." Tommy says.
"What's it like in 2020?" Asks Steven lying down on my bed.
"It's shit, this pandemic starts and it effects the full world. You will hate it." I say.
"Really, what happens?" He asks.
Tommy gets interested and lies down on the other side of me.
"Well we all have to wear masks to cover our mouths. The virus is spread through the air and was deadly. It was a horrible time. Kaizü and I still met up though. The restrictions were different in the USA than the UK and stuff so she would come over to my house. We would jam out. She would stay for dinner then go home. It effected so much in our lives though. It effected everyone." I say.
"Wow, I can't believe you made it through that time." Says Steven.
"Yeah, the 80s has always been my favourite decade. Personally I think it has the best music and everything." I say.
"Tell Steven about the film that gets made about me!" Says Tommy.
"What?!" Exclaims Steven.
"Yeah, a film called The Dirt gets made about Mötley Crüe. Wanna watch it?" I ask.
"Wait we can?" Asks Tommy.
"Yeah, kaizü left her laptop and we can watch it!" I say happily.
"Yes, omg this is gonna be amazing!" Says Steven.
I get the laptop off the ground and try to think of her password what could it be.
"Breakfast Burritos." I mumble to myslef.
Tommy starts laughing clearly thinking oh what he done with the breakfast burrito.
"Listen, Tommy, what you done to that burrtito was not ok. Ok? What kind of person does that?" I ask.
"How do you know about the breakfast burritos?!" He asks sitting up.
"You wrote about it in your fucking book!" I exclaim.
He looks at me on disbelief as Steven and I roll about in laughter.
"Tommy, I know so much about you and your band it's embarrassing." I say through laughter.
"Whatever, just put on the godamn movie." He says lying back down.
I manage to calm back down and put the film on.
~
I looked over at the boys and saw them crying. I will tell you this, the last this I expected to see was Steven Adler and Tommy Lee crying.
"You guys ok?" I ask them.
"Dude, that was uhh, horrible. I'm glad that our band is sober now." Says Tommy.
"Yeah, you all went down a dark path, especially Nikki." I say.
"It was a good movie though!" Says Steven.
"That is very true." Says Tommy.
The Dirt, ladies and gentlemen.
