1995:

I got out the car and shut the door as paparazzi snapped pictures of me from all different directions. Jon got out the drivers seat and then opened the passengers doors. My two sons hoped out the car and Jon took their hands and began to walk into the studio and I locked the car.

The paparazzi continued to snap pictures, but I ignored them and continued to walk into the studio. As I walked in, my assistant was standing there.

"Morning Y/N, how are you?" She asks me.

"I'm doing good this morning, and you?" I ask her with a smile.

"I'm good here too, we have everything that you asked for in your dressing room and the book signing will be at 12:00." She says.

"Thank you, we will see you soon!" I say.

She waves and I begin to walk down the corridor where I see Jon and our sons.

"Everything ok?" Jon asks me.

"Yeah, we have a little while and then I will need to go for the book signing." I say to him.

"Mom, do you have any apple juice?" My son Jesse asks me.

"Yeah, we are thirsty." Says his twin, Mike with a cute little pout.

"Come on, lets go get some." I say with a laugh and lead them to the dressing room.

The two boys sit on the couch and sip on their juice boxes while I apply a little bit of makeup to my face.

"I have told you once, and I will tell you again, you don't need to put that stuff on your face." Jon says.

I grin and look at him through the mirror.

"Oh shut it." I say laughing.

"What? I'm being serious!" he says grinning back at me.

There is then a knock at the door and I turn around and see my assistant standing there.

"Its time." She says with a smile.

I get up and begin to walk down the corridor with my two boys and Jon. At the end of the hallway I see my two bestfriends, Steven and Tommy.

"Came to wish our best girl good luck." Steven says with a smile.

I grin and run over to them and hug them both.

"Thanks guys." I say.

"Now go out there and kill it." Tommy says enthusiastically.

I smile at them and walk out onto the small stage and the large crowd clap for me. I smile and wave at the crowd.

"Now, where shall I start?"

"I have a question, what made you want to write this book?"

"Well, after everything that happened with the media in 91 and all the other things along the years, I wanted people to hear my point of view. How things affected me, and those around me. I felt it was important to share my experience and my story's of my time in the music industry and as an artist. It was one day when I was sitting with my band, Tenants Of Cord, and we were talking about everything we have been through as a band, and I realized we have all individually been through so much, and since that moment it was my dream to write a book about it all." I say to the fan who asked the question.

"Another question I have is, what's happening with Tenants Of Cord?"

"Well, I know that we have not being making much music but we are planning on releasing a new album on July 15th. Things have been difficult with the fact we are all now married and have children, but we are working on making music." I say smiling.

"Great!" The fan then takes a seat and my assistant looks at the time and then me.

'That's time.' She mouths to me.

"I want to thank you all for coming here today and asking questions, it means a lot that fans have questions and enjoy my work. Thank you all!" I say to them all.

Everyone cheers and I wave while smiling as I exit the stage, and as soon as I get off the stage my boys come running over to me and hug me.

"You did great mama." Says Jesse.

"Yeah you did, you did amazing." Says Mike.

I crouch down to their level and kiss their cheeks.

"Thank you, I love you." I say smiling at them.

"We love you too." They both say in unison.

I hug them and stand up to see Jon approaching me.

"You did great out there." He says wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Why thank you." I say with a laugh.

"You happy?" He asks me.

"The happiest I have ever been."
