Chapter 10

6 days later...

I went up the stairs and got pajamas out and I got in the shower.

I may have been singing Lost in Kostko the whole time I was in the shower.

I got out of the shower and I put on a dark blue tank top and my white Snoopy shorts.

I brushed my hair and then I brushed my teeth.

I pulled the blankets off of my bed, I crawled into it and pulled the sheets on top of me and I fell into a deep sleep.

I was woken up by my stupid alarm at 7:30 in the morning and this time I totally woke up the whole neighborhood, oops.

I snoozed my alarm and I pulled my covers off of me and got up.

I went downstairs and grabbed a banana and then realized that my parents already left. They probably went to work early.

I ate my banana and went upstairs. and put my teal t-shirt and my denim short shorts and then I put my hair in a high ponytail.

I read after I got ready and when I started reading it was 8:00 and I read until about 11:30 and then I had lunch and I brushed my teeth and then I went to Andrea's house at around 12:30.

I knocked on the door and Andrea answered.

"Hey, Dakota so how did meet and greet go with your new neighbors," Andrea said as she welcomed me in her home.

"Well, I think it went horrible, NOT, I have a boyfriend now and he thinks I'm a great kisser," I told Andrea as I was jumping up and down.

"Seriously, no you're lying, you are kidding right," Andrea said very anxious.

"No and he kissed me once on the cheek after a slow song and then he kissed me three times on the lips," I said to her with her big brown eyes staring at me.

"I am actually going to see him after you go to school and last night he walked me to my house and said he loved me and I kind of freaked out and i was so happy though," I said to Andrea as she stared at me with even wider eyes and then her jaw dropped and I had to close it.

We both started laughing and we couldn't stop until we say at the foot of her bed in her room.

"I'm so tired and I want to meet your new boyfriend, really bad," she said as if begging to meet him.

"I'm tired too and I miss him and its been only a couple hours since I've seen him," I said and she looked at me with puppy dog eyes as if she was still begging me to meet him.

"I really want to meet him," she said in a whiny tone.

"Probably not today because he is expecting just me," I said as she grew a frown on her face.

My phone buzzed and I jumped cause it scared me.

It was Tyler.

Tyler: -> When can u come over??

Dakota: <- Soon I promise :)!

Tyler: -> Ok see u then!!

Dakota: <- Ok!

"Andrea when do you have to be at your class?" I asked her.

"1:30 and its only 1:00 so in a half a hour," she replied.

"Ok then I should probably get going, thanks for having me over," I said as she got up from her bed.

I said bye and I walked outside and onto her porch and I pulled out my phone and texted Tyler and said I would be there in a minute.

I walked off her porch and I walked on the sidewalk and I passed my house and then I arrived at Tyler's house.
