Chapter 21

There Dylan stood right in front of me.

I immediately burst into tears. He stepped forward and pulled me into a hug. His hands were wrapped around my waist and my hands were wrapped around his neck.

That's when it happened.

I kissed him.

He kissed back. I'm surprised he didn't pull away.

I liked it and it felt right. But it didn't at the same time. I don't know what had gotten into me.

We pulled away. We stood in front of each other in complete, utter awkwardness. I had just kissed my ex-boyfriend's best friend. What had I just done?

I turned around to see Crystal and Holland staring at us with their jaws dropped. That's when they both pointed at the window.

I looked at the window and there was Tyler standing in my window with flowers in his hand.

He turned around dropped the flowers and ran back to his car.

I ran past Dylan and I ran out the door chasing Tyler before he drove off.

It was pouring outside. I ran up to him and yanked him back before he opened his car door.

"What the hell was that?" He asked angrily.

"I came to apologize and get back together with you and this is what I see, my best friend kissing the girl I love and always will love?"

"I'm sorry I don't know what had gotten into me I should have believed you I'm so so so so so sorry."

"I'm sorry too."

Our lips crashed together and we hugging each other so tightly together that there was no gap between us.

He was the one I loved and the only one I loved he was the one I wanted not Dylan.

Tyler was mine and always would be his.

We pulled away from each other and that's when he got down on one knee.

He pulled a little box out from his back pocket.

"Will you marry me?"
