Chapter 6 - Froakie, and the Lumiose Terror

Professor's Lab

After testing Sceptile and Latias's mega evolutions and pitting them against each other in 2 matches, our group is seen entering the Modern medical centre of the lab, similar to those of Pokemon Centers and the Oaks lab, but this time with something small attempting to dart through the trees. Unfortunately for them, it didn't fool the gecko Pokemon who was able to pinpoint and track the small beings movement's and Latias caught on not too long after, even Floatzel. He was brought out to, begrudgingly, accompany a hyperactive Bonnie while the two fought, but managed to escape into the indoor pond not too far from the battlefield.

The lucky bastard Pikachu was still cuddling with his second trainer (AKA Serena) and unknowingly went up a bit higher and managed to get his head in between her breasts inconspicuously. Of course it startled her but she had to suppress the urge to scream at the distracted mouse in order for Clement and Bonnie to not notice, what she didn't know was that Pikachu used the opportunity to brag about how 'squishy and big' they were to Ash later on - only he saw where his trainers eyes fell as he was on his shoulder most of the time. His response was - 'you fucking rat, go apologize to her and don't do it again or no ketchup'

Needless to say Pikachu never attempted to snuggle up into Serena's soft cushions like that for a while. His mortified expression etched on his face stayed for a few minutes, before hopping back up to Ash's shoulder. Who was too busy being a jealous little shit about the whole ordeal.

While his Pokemon were in the medical area after their battles, being treated by the Professor, leaving Ash waiting outside while the others went off to get some food and introduce themselves because they were unable to earlier while Floatzel accompanied them for protection.

Seeing the opportunity, the small stalker emerged from the shadows and landed in front of a daydreaming Ash, who was too busy thinking about the recent events regarding his starter to even notice the arrival of the 'mon.
That is until he was rudely awoken by a frubble to the face, knocking him into a split second daze as he peered around for the assailant, until his eyes fell upon him.

It was a small blue frog, that had eyes way out of proportion to his body and were bright yellow. He has noodle like arms and legs while a scarf, that had a striking resemblance to Ash's own one, was wrapped around his neck and slightly covered his chest.

"Can I help you?"

"Froakie Fro?"

"Oh them? Yes I trained them, why?"

"Kie Froakie!"

"I wouldn't mind doing that." He smiled before pulling out an empty pokeball from his belt and pointed it towards the frog Pokemon, who promptly tapped it and was sucked inside. A few moments later, there was a quiet ding sound, indicating the capture of Froakie. He looked at his smiling partner who chirped in celebration, before saying,
"This is our first Kalos capture buddy! Could this day get any better? Other than the others getting back quicker because I'm starving."

"Pika!"

He got up and went inside the resting room, to pick up his restored team and introduce their newest member. After a while Latias was (unwillingly) sent back to Ash's home, where his mother received the transfers because Professor Oak had to deal with a scuffle in the expansive Lab ranch, his guess was either Infernape and Garchomp were going at it again, or Hydreigon was showing off and irritated Dragonite. Only Pikachu, Sceptile, Charizard and Froakie remained, as Floatzel was switched out to leave 2 spots for new members.
