Dawn broke over the city of Lumiose, the heart of the Kalos Region. Inside the iconic Prism Tower, a certain raven haired trainer left the Gym guest room with his partner and backpack, ready for their morning training. Leaving a certain honey blonde girl squealing in her bed.

'I can't believe I slept in the same room, so close to my only love in life.'

Those were practically the thoughts flying through her head at that moment, sort of the norm for Serena. Reason being is that for the past few years it was her dream to be with Ash again and now she is, the cherry on top is that they were about to embark on a journey across her home region, the place she grew up in, and it would usually take around a year to do so.

However, one thing she wasn't awake to notice, was the mark on her forehead. Of course Ash doesn't wear lipstick because that's kinda gay - nothing wrong with it anyway - we're not homophobic here and especially not in Kalos, the leading place in the Pokemon world regarding gay rights. As you can guess Unova is the one falling behind. Due to Serena's pale skin that matched Ash's (reason explained in the future don't worry), it had a tendency to show a mark when touched, and it didn't help that it wasn't quick to fade either. She never saw it when it was there due to her lengthy blonde locks procuring her vision from it, hiding it like a deep secret.

Eventually she got out of bed after her horny thoughts subsided, didn't help she was on her period either, finishing her morning routine when Ash returned from his morning training with a new team he recently transferred from Kanto, packing up the rest of his belongings for the trip to Santalune City.

"Morning Serena."

"Morning Ashy-boy."

He shot up and looked at her, "Hey! Only Gary calls me that and I don't need you too." With a pout.

"What, you don't like me saying it?" Stressing on the me, while giving puppy eyes.

He blushed at her 'adorable' expression, "W-well... okay fine." Damn, what a simp. "But I'm allowed to call you Serry-berry." With a teasing tone, she sweatdropped.

"...You know what... sure." Giving it a bit of thought while having her finger on her cheek.

He was slightly taken aback, "I thought you hated it?" Remembering the 'slightly embarrassed' tantrum she had after Ash gave her the pet name, later Gary was laughing his ass off forgetting his own one momentarily. Shutting up when she shot back with it.

"Oh well, I don't care if it's coming from you. It was made by you after all." She blushed from the memory.

Flashback

"You know, there is another Gary here and I keep on calling out to him sometimes. Don't you think we should make some nicknames for each other to avoid confusion?" Ash asked to his brother from another mother and his future wife. Gary grew a malicious smirk as he procured one that he knew would piss off Ash.

"Sure, Ashy-boy." He laughed at Ash's face while Serena giggled at the quick response, Ash would remember this.

"I don't think I thought this through." Ash groaned, until Serena spoke up silencing the simp.

"Calm down, Oak-tree." He immediately stopped and looked towards a grinning Serena with a pleading look.

"I beg of you, don't bring my heritage into this mess." He begged, it only furthered Serena's confidence in her power over the males, that was until the one she had a crush on brought it crashing down.
