"I love you too" Adrien whispers into the small blue-eyed girl's ear smiling.
The bluenette is beet red. They stare into each other's eyes for what seems like forever until the locker room door is opened. Inside the locker room comes a Italian girl with brown hair and bangs. Adrien, I saw you come in here and i- she stops after seeing Marinette.
"Hi Lila," Adrien says clearly annoyed
She looks at the two, the position they're in. Marinette still pinned against the lockers blushing. The swollenness of both their lips.
"What are you doing," she says angrily
"None of your buisness lila" says adrien
Marinette can't seem to utter any words
Lila, obviously hurt by the normally kind Adrien's words, turns around and leave but not before flipping off Marinette.
"Well the cat's out of the bag now right," he says sheepishly
"I guess so," she says smiling and staring into his eyes
They walk out of the locker room hand in hand beaming from ear to ear and start to walk to the bakery
"don't you have fencing today," Marinette asks looking up at Adrien, hoping he'll say no
"shit yeah I do, if I don't go, my dad, is gonna kill me or worse...take me out of school," he says running his hand through his hair. "Plus there's a little detail I have to take care of before I officially ask you to be my girlfriend" he smiles down at her
"what is it," Marinette ask
"remember Kagami?" he says with a worried look on his face
"...o-oh yeah," she says looking down
He lifts her head with his index finger
"don't worry, Kagami and I aren't dating but she still likes me, I don't want to hurt her even more so I'm going to end it today in fencing class," Adrien says reassuringly
"o-ok I believe you," Marinette says with a small smile
Adrien pats her head and ruffles her hair
"Don't worry my love, I still just love you" Adrien says while planting a kiss on her forehead and starts heading back to the school for fencing lessons
Adrien goes into the locker room and changes into his fencing gear, he sees Kagami and walks straight up to her determined to end this now.
"hey Kagami," he says waving
"hello Adrien, how are you on this fine day," Kagami says with no emotion at all
"We need to talk," Adrien says
"What is it you want to talk about Adrien," Kagami says with zero emotion
"Well i-"
He's interrupted by the fencing teacher who says "en-garde, pret, allez!"
