a/n: ok um wow that last chapter never posted but uh my dad is back home, he's doing well. The chapters still might be a bit short but ill write as much as I can.

"Last night was amazing Tikki," Marinette says while doing her hair, the morning after chat left

Tikki audibly gags "glad you had fun, I was in the closet trying not to projectile vomit"

Marinette looks at her apologetically "yikes I forgot abt that are you okay"

"No I'm mentally scarred," Tikki says nonchalantly

Marinette laughs "I'm so so sorry Tikki"

Tikki rolls her eyes "whatever just give me a heads up next time so I can go to the balcony"

"I will I promise" Marinette chuckles "Ok all done," she says looking at herself in her mirror

Marinette picked out a pink pleated skirt that was shorter than mid-thigh and a cropped version of her signature white shirt with flowers. She also picked out an oversized black hoodie and some white sneakers.

"You look so nice" Tikki giggles

"Thank you Tikki," Marinette says with a curtsey

Tikki giggles and flys into Marinette's purse as Marinette grabs it heading downstairs

"BYE MUM, BYE PAPA" she yells to her parents as she heads out the door meeting with Alya to go to school

"Hey girl," Alya says giving Marinette a high five "you look so pretty"

"Thank you" Marinette smiles "and you look like a bad bitch as always

Alya smirks, she was wearing a pair of baggy blue jeans and a cheetah print tank top with white sneakers. "ofc I do" she says flipping her hair as they continue walking to school

"are you finally gonna tell me what happened between you and Adrien

Marinette feels a ping of sadness and pain

"oh nothing" she mumbles "we just broke up, I don't want to talk abt it," she says looking down

"no no ofc girl you don't have to talk abt it if you don't want to, I'm here for you"

Marinette looks up and smiles "thanks Alya" she bumps her arm on Alya's "You're the bestest friend a girl could ask for.

"I know," Alya says smiling

They get to school and get to their lockers. Marinette is putting her books away when a boy, whom she has never seen before probably from a different classroom walks up to her and closes her locker.

"Hey," the good looking orange-haired boy says with a smirk on his face "Your name is Marinette right"

"uh yeah," Marinette says skeptically

"I saw you here all alone and decided to give you some company," he says moving closer to her "I'm Gareth," he says holding out his hand for her to shake

what type of fuckass name-

"oh uh hi Gareth she says ignoring his hand and backing away from him "I actually have to head to class so..." she says backing up more

Gareth moves closer to her

"Are you sure, we can't ditch today, just you and me" his blue eyes are piercing into Marinette's soul slowly undressing her

Marinette follows his gaze to her chest, quickly covers it up, and turns red

"No I have to get to class," she says hurriedly backing away

"Oh come on Marinette, I don't bite," he says with a husky voice

Marinette tries backing up faster when she feels a familiar strong-arm cover her and hold her close

"Get away from her she mine," a voice says snarling

Marinette looks up and sees Adrien with an angry expression, Gareth frowns

"I thought you guys were broken up"

Marinette and Adrien wince

"I said get away from her" Adrien repeats this time louder and more threatening

Gareth puts his hands up in surrender

"Fine, fine you can have her, she's too innocent for me anyways," Gareth says pushing past Adrien, out the locker room doors.

Adrien lets go of Marienette and looks down

"Thanks...for that" Marinette says looking up at Adrien

"No problem," he says unable to meet her gaze

"But I'm not yours anymore"

Adrien winces

"I know...I'm sorry," he says

Marinette looks at him one more time before patting his arm and walking out the locker room doors

"This is going to be hard Plagg," he says to the little black kwami looking down "very very hard"
