~Niall's pov~
I was so furious right now that I felt like I could punch something, which is not like me. The people whom I was ranting to right now, were trying to reassure me that 'it was for my own good' and 'you'll thank us someday'. My ass. After an hour of bantering, they finally allowed me to get back with Rosemary, not like it would have made a difference anyway.
I feel like a doll, like I was being used the entire time. I needed to get to Rosie. I stopped back at home, to get my guitar, and started the forty minute drive to Rosemary's Mums home. It started to rain about halfway through my journey, so by the time I got there, it was pouring. I wouldn't let that stop me. I looked up at her window. The light was on, and I could see a faint silhouette of her in the window. I took a pebble and tried to throw it at the window, but the rain was coming down too hard. I saw a ladder leaning against the wall. I smiled, and pulled it next to her window. It was dangerous, but she was worth every step. At the top, I drew on her foggy windows. I wrote 'please forgive me?' And next to it, a broken heart.
I lightly tapped on the window, so she would see it. I could see her as she came closer, and watched as her finger traced the lettering. I wanted her to open the window, so I didn't fall to my death on this unstable ladder, but she might not. After a full minute without reply, I started back down the ladder, until the window opened ever so slightly. "Ni?" Her voice called, as she looked out the window. "Right here." I called, and she looked down at me. "You can't be here. You'll get in trouble." She whispered, her beautiful eyes filling with tears as she spoke. "Please. Management doesn't matter. I don't care about them, I care about you. Please, Princess. Let me make it up to you." I begged, and she sighed, opening the window more so I could climb in.
I climbed through the window and into the room. I was drenched, and I made the mistake of wearing a light-colored shirt, so you could see right through it. Rosemary giggled, and a smile covered my face. "I'll get you a towel." She said, before leaving the room. She came back a second later with a T-shirt and a pair of baggy sweatpants, and a towel. "What are you doing with my clothes?" I asked her teasingly, and she blushed. "I needed something of yours, because.... Uh...." Even though I was cold and wet, I came closer and hugged her. "I missed you so much." I whispered, and I knew I was crying again.
"I missed you too." She replied, her lip trembling. "Princess, please don't cry." I kissed her cheek. She stepped away from me. "I never should've left you. I shouldn't have broken up with you... I'm so sorry Nialler, I don't know-" I cut her off by placing my lips on hers. Her lips were soft and warm, just like I remembered. "Let's not talk about it anymore." I suggested, and she nodded. I pulled off my soaked shirt, and wrapped the towel Rosemary had brought me around my shirt. She sat down on her bed, and I joined her, kissing her cheek again.
She smiled, and looked down to her belly. My eyes filled up with tears agin, as I gave her a sideways hug. "I'm a father." I muttered happily, and she nodded, happy tears in her eyes as well.
~Rosemary's pov~
Having Niall here was like a dream come true. I've missed him so much, but it felt wrong. Management could find out, but I don't have the heart to send him away. Niall was staring at my belly lovingly, and I blurted, "The baby likes when you talk to him or her." He looked at me, and I shrugged. "I don't know, maybe it's just me." He smiled, looking mildly amused. "Hi." I said to the baby, smiling. "Remember when I said you would meet your daddy someday? Well, he's here now." My voice cracked at the end, and I buried my face in Niall's shoulder.
"Yours Mum's right, I'm here now. And I'll be here forever. I love you very, very much." He said, and I went completely sure if that was for the baby or me. Either way was sweet. "He or she's already growing." Niall commented, resting his hand on my stomach. I nodded, tracing Niall's hand with a finger.
I yawned suddenly, feeling tired. I pulled ,y shirt back down over my stomach, and curled up under the blankets. Niall took the towel from around his shoulders, before climbing in next to me. Me bed was still very small, and I was worried about the baby. "Ni?" He looked at me, and I just pointed to the almost unnoticeable bump, and he nodded. "I can sleep on the sofa." He whispered, before giving me a long kiss. "Won't management-?" Niall's face fell, and he scowled. "I don't want to talk about those bastards." He snapped suddenly, but he smiled for me. "I promise I fixed things. They won't bother us anymore."
I smiled weakly, feeling tired again. I spun on my side, and closed my eyes. The sound of the front door closing, and the soft pitter-patter of the rain outside were the only sounds I heard before I fell asleep.

"Niall?" The voice sounded a lot like Rosemary's, so I rubbed my eyes and looked up. Only it wasn't my girlfriend.... It was her Mum. "Oh! Helen.... Uh...." I tried to think of an explanation as to why I was sleeping on her sofa, but nothing came to mind. "I'm sorry, I-" "don't worry about it, love. I take it you two made up?" Helen asked, chuckling. I nodded, smiling. She went into the kitchen, and I decided to follow her. "So... Are you ok, that Rosemary's, uhm... Pregnant?" I asked, suddenly embarrassed, and my cheeks burned.
Helen laughed. "It was a shock at first, but I know you two will make good parents. If it were my choice, I would want her to be a little older... But I'm not angry." She said, putting a tea kettle on the stove. I smiled, still a bit embarrassed. It was silent for a while, apart from the tea kettle. I was seated at the dining table, leaning on my hand. "Are you still planning on asking her?" The question caught me off guard. She was pouring tea into a mug for herself. "Would you like some tea?" Helen asked, and I nodded, silent.
She poured another cup, and brought over to the table, setting one in front of me. She sat down across from me at the table, looking at me expectantly. I took a sip of the tea, my turning and mouth burning as I swallowed. "So, are you?" She asked, a little too enthusiastically. I set down the mug and looked up. "I don't know yet. Management wasn't happy when they found out, and I don't want them trying anything else." I confessed, and she frowned. "I don't mean to tell you what to do, but you need to live your life. Not let someone else do it for you. This is a big commitment. I don't want you doing this if you're not ready for the responsibility." She gave me a warning look, and I nodded.
"I'm ready... I'm just afraid Rosemary's not." I replied. She took a sip of her tea, a small smile playing on her lips. "I've seen the way she looks at you. If you asked her, there's no doubt in my mind that she'll say yes." Her words warmed my heart. "Thank you, Helen." We both smiled warmly at each other, and I took another sip of tea.
Ten minutes later, Rosie came down the stairs, already dressed(A/N: outfit on the side!!!) with her hair done and everything. "Morning, Princess." I greeted her, giving her a kiss. She smiled back, yawning. "Leave any of that for me?" She asked, and Helen nodded. Rosemary poured herself some tea, and joined us at the table. She sat next to me, and quietly drank her tea. "What do you have planned for today?" Helen asked nonchalantly, and I shrugged. I looked to Rosie for a reply, but she hadn't been listening. "I just want to go home." She murmured softly, looking at me. Apparently she had listened.
"The lads are probably driving themselves insane by now." I added, and Rosie chuckled. "We can go now, if you want." She nodded in reply, so we packed her bags, said our goodbyes and then headed home.
