"Lucy!" Nastu barged in causing me to scream and toss up the knife I was using, luckily Sanji caught it.

"What is it?! You scared me!" I screamed at him, he pouted for a minute before brightening up again,

Luffy and I are going to fight, come and see!" He said and I exchanged a look with Sanji for a minute before shaking my head,

"I don't think that's a good idea Nastu," I said, "I don't want you to destroy the boat,"

"Oh, come on Luce!" He begged,

"Yah Lucy! It's just a little fight!" Happy chimed in,

"Nastu, we are in the middle of the ocean with a devil fruit eater," I said and Nastu looked at me confused,

"So?" He asked and I sighed,

"The Devil Fruits are hated by the sea so when they are eaten, they take away one's power to swim, if Luffy gets in the ocean then he'll just sink like a rock," I explained

"Well, that's a crappy power for a pirate," He grumbled and Sanji chuckled,

"Tell me about it," He said and I smiled at Nastu.

"Hold on for a bit, I'm sure you'll have a worthy opponent once we get to Big Mom's Territory, "I heard there was an oven man so you could have a go fighting him." Nastu nodded, before grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the kitchen,

"Well then we'll just have a go at defeating sea kings," he said and I looked back at Sanji,

"Nastu, wait I was-"

"It's good Lucy, I'll just finish up here," He said and I smiled before letting Nastu pull me away.

A/n:

I have finished writing this work!!! If all goes according to plan it will conclude on March 29! Now if you do the math that means about 11 chapters and up until recently I average about 500 words per chapter, this will not be the case for the following updates, I've split them up as I saw fit and that did not provide an even split.
