After the bomb yesterday the crew seemed to tiptoe around me, so I approached Robin and Nami,

"Hey! Can I borrow some paper and ink?" I asked casually.

"You write? Do you have any published books out?" Robin asked interested. I nodded,

"Yeah, I won an award for my book right before I went to find Luffy," I said.

"Do you have a copy?" She asked hopefully. I bite my lip,

"Well I brought a couple copies, but Luffy probably won't want his, he prefers me to tell him the stories to him something about my 'story voice'" I explained digging in my bag, I drew out the book.

"Hey, Luffy! Do you want your copy or can I give it to Robin!" I called over my shoulder. Luffy appearing a few seconds later peering at the book in my hands with distaste,

"I like it better when you read to me," He complained and I smiled and handed the book over to Robin,

"It's all yours," I said she smiled and in turn handed me some writing materials,

"Nami typically draws her maps after dinner so that would be a good time to get some writing in," She suggested and I thanked her. Luffy was tugging on my arm though bringing me over to the middle of the ship,

"Tell me a story Lucy," He said sitting down and dragging me with him. I sighed and adjusted myself,

"Fine, but I'm not going to do it all at once, you're going to get cliff hangers got it?" I asked and he nodded eagerly, and I saw everyone else approaching eagerly,

"It started with a mean father with agreed so large he could never get enough, he treated his daughter like a nuisance, telling her he was busy, forgetting birthdays, when she grew up she left, finding a new home wasn't hard, she found a boy almost immediately and that boy swept her away with him, that was until the Father decided the girl was valuable. He sent for her, sending a powerful force to crush her new family, however, her family was strong and went to face the threat head-on." They were all staring at me now, deeply emersed in my words, "The family forgot one thing though, the girl whose sister was badly hurt had stayed behind, and in the course, the girl was kidnapped,"

"NO!" Luffy screamed, I paused as Nami shushed him hitting his head, "Sowry," He said softly I nodded and continued.

"The boy however was determined and went searching for the girl, the girl saw him in the distance and took a leap of faith, jumping out of the building she was locked in, restraints still on, into his arms, this however was not the end of it, the enemy was still out there, and they would not relent," I said then paused.

"Well? What happens next?" Luffy asked on the edge of his seat. I tugged his hat down,

"I'll tell you tomorrow," Everyone groaned and I grinned shrugging and skipping off.
