Singlets - lost child

Your POV:
There was a lot of knocking coming from the door of the tower which caught my attention. I got up off of my chair and headed to the door. There stood a lady with tears streaming down her face. "Hey, is everything ok?" I asked softly. "N-no. My baby. My child. He's lost. I don't know where he's gone. One minute he's next to me and the next he's not." She sobbed. I took her into the tower and giving her a chair to sit down on. Harrison and Will came over. "What was your son wearing?" Will asked. "He's wearing a black and blue top with blue shorts on. He has blonde hair." She said and I gave her a small smile. "What's his name?" Harrison asked. "Parker. He's 8 years old." She said. Will and Harrison nodded their heads before leaving the tower. "We'll find him." I said giving her a reassuring look. I'm on tower duty and tower duty only as I'm 4 months pregnant.

I don't have a big bump yet but you can see it showing through my blue top. I may need to borrow one off of my man soon. You're probably wondering who that is, well his name is Trent Falson. We've been together for 9 years but it'll be 10 years in a couple of months.

Everyone was alerted. "I'm Y/n." I told her. "Ava." She said quietly. "We have all the lifeguards out there looking for him right now. Shall we go by foot and you can tell me where he was last?" I asked. She nodded her head. Ava and I stood up from our seats. It caught the attention of the two sat with us who were on look out. "We're going to go by foot and have a look around." I told Troy and Luke who were in the tower. "Ok be safe out there!" They told us. The two of us headed out and began walking to find her son.

Singlet's POV:
It was warm and busy today. I was down south end with Luke just patrolling the area. Our radios went off.

*bondi central to the boys in the buggies... we have a lost child called Parker. He has blonde hair, is wearing blue shorts and a blue/black top on. He's around the age of 8 so keep your eyes peeled*

My heart always races when we get those calls. Especially more now. I would get so worried either way if I'm honest. No one should go through this. My girlfriend y/n is currently pregnant which makes me worry a bit more if I'm honest. "I've got this. I'll call for back up if I need it!" Luke said. I nodded my head. "Ok thank you!" I replied as I walked around looking for the child.

Your POV:
The search had been going on for nearly an hour until my radio began to go off.

*bondi central to all on the beach... we have Parker with us up in the tower*

I sighed in relief. "Ava we have Parker." I told her. Her eyes lit up and tears filled her eyes. "Where is he?" She asked. "Some of the other lifeguards have him and I'll bring you to him." I smiled. The two of us walked up to the tower. We approached the others who came outside to meet us and there was Parker. "Mummy!" Parker screamed as he ran towards his mum. I watched as the mother and son got reunited. I placed a hand on my stomach thinking of the time when I'll get to meet my little one.

I walked into the tower with my radio in one hand. "You ok y/n?" One of the guys asked. I sighed. "I was so worried. My heart dropped." I explained. Mouse gave me a seat so I could sit down on it. "Thank you." I said and he smiled. "I think we all were so worried it got to me a bit personally not going to lie." I said scratching the top of my head. We talked about the situation for a little bit.

Trent walked into the tower shortly after. I stood up and we hugged one another tightly. "It's ok." I whispered to him. "Let's get you home." He said and went to grab his things off of the desk. We said our goodbyes. "Thank you for today. See you all tomorrow." I smiled waving bye to them all. Trent held my hand as we walked out of the tower.

The two of us made it home. I wrapped my arms around Trent. "You ok?" He asked softly. I sighed. "I am now. I was just so worried about that child and some thoughts came into my mind then I thought about our child and it got to me-." I rambled on but got stoped by his lips being pressed to mine. "I felt the exact same way. I'll protect you and our baby forever." He told me. I smiled up at him. "I- what would I do without you." I said hugging him tighter. Trent giggle and took my hand leading me to the sofa. "Now you sit back and relax." He said kissing the side of my head after he wrapped an arm around me.

A/n: who's your top 3 favourite lifeguards? If you have to choose your top 3, who will it be?

Honestly for me that's hard because I love them all BUT if I had to choose 3 it would have to be Dylan (duh 😂), Mouse and Singlets!

But the thing is I like them all so so much... it'll change probably next week or something aha!

Also I'll be adding some of the new lifeguards from season 16! The first episode was so good! This is going to be a good season!
