Your POV:
Nothing beats a good night sleep, especially after a long and hard days work the day before. It was incredible, I sure loved it. My sleep was great.
The birds were chirping in the trees which made me smile to myself. I love nature. The light was also flooding the room too which just made everything feel 10x better. I moved a little remembering that my boyfriend of 2 years, Lachie, stayed over the night before as he wanted to and I definitely wanted him too myself.
As much as I was enjoying the side I was 'sleeping' on, I turned over to face the wonderful man himself. His eyes were shut peacefully and he was so relaxed. A few minutes later, Lachie began to stir in his sleep. His eyes were still closed at this point. "I can sense you're looking at me." He mumbled half asleep. "I was." I whispered back. He smiled, eyes still closed. "How did you sleep?" He asked brushing a piece of my hair behind my ear making me smile a little. "Incredible. How about you?" I asked. "Better because I had you here." He said making me blush.
Lachie turned to look at the clock. "Babe, as much as I'd love to stay in bed all day with you, I have work to get to." He said with a small pout. I sighed letting him go a little. "Fineee, but you're coming back tonight though." I said making him turn to me. "Well I'm not going to decline that offer." He smiled coming over, pecking my lips before walking towards the bathroom to have a quick shower before his shift started.
