Chuuya's POV:

I heard someone behind me and turned around to see what was probably an Agency member looking at me. Before they could do anything I loweres their gravity pushing them to the roof so they couldn't chase me. The person shouted for help and I knew there were people right around the corner, so without thinking I ran over to the window right infront of me and jumped out.
Before I hit the ground I used my ability to slow down. I ran as quickly as I could to where I had parked my car.

I grabbed my keys from my pocket and got in my car. I felt a pain in my right eye but just decided to ignore it until I got home. It was kind of hard to concentrate on driving when my eye was really hurting, and i'll admit I was a bit.

-time skip-

As soon as I got home I looked in the mirror and flinched. My eye had been cut, probably from a bit of glass from when I jumped out the window. I knew I would have to go to school tomorrow so I needed something to cover up my eye. I went into my bathroom and opened the cupboard to get the bandages out, I hadn't actually ever put bandages on before so thiswas going to be hard; I couldn't even look in the mirror to help me because I hated the sight of blood, which I know, is stupid because i'm in the mafia.

I tried my best to put the bandages on my eye hiding the cut (he's turning into Dazai what) If anyone asks tomorrow why my eye is covered up i'll just say I got into a fight or something.
I just realised how hungry I was so I attempted to make myself some egg fried rice, it didn't look that nice but if I didn't eat that then therr would be nothing else. "Hey wait this is actually pretty good-"

Normally I would have just made instant noodles or ordered pizza, but now I found out that I could actually cook without blowing up the kitchen I could eat properly more often. I sat on my sofa and watched some random Disney movie that was on the TV. It kind of reminded me of those nights that we were called to the Mafia building late at night for an emergency, only to end up watching Disney movies.

I started feeling tired so I decided just to call it a night and go to sleep. I got changed into my pajamas then lay in my bed. It wasn't very comfortable but that's what you would expect from a cheap apartment like this. I stared up at the ceiling, it was plain white like all the other walls amd ceilings in the apartment. There was a lot of cracks and it was surprising that there wasn't a leak.
Somehow looking at it helped me get to sleep every night, sometimes I just couldn't help but think about life and realise how lonely I am.

"Don't get involved with people that our unrelated to your job, and don't start any relationships. In the end they will all get in the way of what you're trying to do." I repeated this to myself, it's what Mori had said to me before I started my job.
Would it really be that bad just to have friends? Would they really get in the way of everything? I decided that tomorrow I was going to try and make some friends.

-in the morning-

I woke up and the first thing I noticed was the pain in my eye again. I stood up from my bed and went back to the cupboard that I had got the bandages from.
"Shit!"
I said to myself angrily. I thought I had some pain killers up here but I guess not.

I got ready for school as quickly as I could, I had forgotten to set my alarm and was close to being late. I quickly jumped in my car and drove as fast as I could, going by the speed limit of course, and arrived at school with five minutes to spare.
I sat on one of the benches outside the schools entrance and folded my arms. Today didn't seem like it was going to go well for me.

This was confirmed when none other than Dazai Osamu sat beside me and looked at me.
"Hey Chuuya"
He smiled while saying this. You know now that I actually took time to like at him, he actually had a pretty nice smile. Wait what thats so weird-
"Earth to Chuuya."
The brunette waved his hand infront of my face and laughed.

"Wait what? Oh yeah hi, good morning you have a nice face."
I said. It took me a moment to process what I just said and then I felt my cheeks heat up a bit.
"Uh sorry I didn't sleep well last night, don't mind me."
I laughed nervously and cursed myself inwardly.

"Oh that's not fun. Also what happened to your eye?"
Dazai pointed to my bandaged right eye with a curious look on his face. Of course he had to ask about it.

"I got into a fight."
I said. There was a moment of silence then Dazai burst out laughing.
"H-hey! There's nothing funny about that!"

"Sorry! It's just I couldn't imagine someone as small as you getting into a fi-"
I punched Dazai to shut him up then stood up from the bench.

"Well then fight me today and you wont have to imagine it."
I stood up and walked inside, time for another boring day of classes. All through class Dazai kept looking at me so I passed a note to him which said:
'Stop fucking staring at me you creep xx - Chuuya'

I saw him turn the paper over and start to right something on the back. He passed it over to me so I decided to be the good person I am and lower myself to the level of reading it.
'What's with the xx, what u gae or smthn? 🤨'
Well that's kind of immature.

I reached into my bag and got out a new bit of paper and started writing.
'Oh what. Another homophobe here?' i passed it to him and he again, passed it back after writing.

'No lol im actually gay myself. Want my number baby gorl?😳'
I tried my best not to laugh at this but I did anyway.

"Nakahara. What is it you find so funny that you felt the need to disrupt our class about it?"
The teacher gave me a disapproving look and waited for my answer.

"Nothing sir, sorry it won't happen again"
I said apologetically. Of course I wasn't actually sorry but I would never say that.

"It better not happen again because if it does i'll give you a detention straight away."
As soon as the teacher looked away I rolled my eyes. I noticed Dazai trying not to laugh out of the corner of my eye, I kept it in mind to beat him up at lunch for that.

A/N: WAIT WHAT 130 READS? ALREADY?! tysm- i'm literally so happy rn. Sorry for not updating im doing a lot of other stuff right now, I promise i'll upload more and try make my next chapters have more Soukoko in them. (does that make sense?)
