Dazai's POV:

"Hurry up and get ready Dazai."
My uncle said sounding annoyed. My mother was getting married again, this was what like the sixth time? Why would I be counting?

"Yeah, yeah okay." I was used to this by now, having to wake up early on a Saturday and get into the same suit every time. I looked in the mirror and brushed my hair so I wouldn't get killed. I put in my air pods (wow flex much) and re brushed my hair to make them less obvious.
I would also get killed for wearing them and 'not paying attention to such an important event.' If she thought it was so important then she wouldn't keep moving onto new people constantly. It's like she didn't even care about Dad dying years ago.

"DAZAI HURRY UP!"
My uncle opened the door to my room and looked at me angrily.

"I'm done calm down." I replied. I picked up my phone and connected them to my air pods then played my playlist, it was more important than another of my mother's weddings.

"Okay get in the car." I followed my uncle outside and got into the small black car. My uncle started driving and then he looked into the mirror in the front at me.
"Don't ruin anything today, okay?"

"Whatever Oda." I rested my head on my hand and stared out the window, there was absolutely no point in my going to the wedding today, and everyone knew that. It's not like I was wanted there anyway no one in my family liked me except for my uncle Odasaku who's just annoying. I felt my eyes getting heavy and I was about to fall alseep until the car stopped suddenly.

"We're here."
Oda said sounding irritated. I looked out of the window and saw the same church that had been used for the last couple of weddings, it was a really small run down looking one but when you get married so many times you need something cheap. I hope my mother goes bankrupt having to pay for this.
I opened the door and got out of the car going straight into the church to sit down on one of the few benches. Good thing we didn't have a big family or there would be no space for us all.

I had been made to sit at the front because apparently that's something i'm supposed to do and should want to do.
Everyone else started arriving and then five minutes later my mother and some guy I had never seen before walked down the middle. It didn't look very impressive considering neither of them had spent much money on this. I sat through all the stupid promises and ring stuff, the only thing keeping me sane was the reminder that there would be a party after.

Finally all the boring stuff had ended, so we all went back out and got into out cars to drive to my mother's house. Yes we were having the party there because it was cheap. I got back into Oda's car doing my best to avoid my mother and whoever her new husband is.
We arrived at the house and everyone went inside. My mother walked over to me and I was already dreading what she had to say.

"Dazai get out some tables, food and drinks for the party okay?" she smiled and I sighed. I noddes then walked off into the kitchen.
I turned on the dim light which barely helped me see at all, we really needed a new one or atleast a window put in, I couldn't see much. I opened the fridge which lit up allowing me to see a bit more. I took out the bottles of wine from the back and plate of left over chicken wings from lasts nights dinner. My mother could barely afford food but had all this wine. I put the chicken wings in the microwave and waited for them to heat up, I wouldn't be eating them I hated re-heated meat.

The microwave bleeped telling me that they had finished so I took them out then brought them along with the wine into the living room. Everyone was either sitting on the sofa or the floor and the cheered when the saw me come in with the wine, I knew there was no point staying so I ran upstairs into the spare room I stayed in when I was at her house.
I opened the door and flopped onto the bed. The room wasn't too big and only had space for a single bed and a small cupboard. I got out my phone and saw that I had some messages so I opened them.
