Chapter: 15 Late

" OH MY GOD DRACO THANK YOU SO MUCH!" I pulled out a beautiful silver necklace with an emerald green gem in the middle.

I turned around and gave him a hug. " Draco it's beautiful but I can't accept this." " Yes you can and you will." " This must have cost you a fortune." " It did that's why you have to keep it." He took it from my hand and I turned around so he could put it on. " Draco I love it!" I noticed that Draco had a ring with the same emerald green gem. " They came in a set so I took one." I gave him one last hug. Then I remembered. "SHIT, I'm late." I muttered and started running. " SOPHIA WAIT!" I heard Draco call but I ignored it. Once I got to the Shrieking Shack I ran up waiting for my dad.

" You're late!" I heard a voice say behind me. I knew it was my dad. " Sorry." " What were you doing?" I had to make up an excuse. " I was hanging out with a friend and lost time." That wasn't completely a lie. He didn't seem to believe me. " You better not hang out with Malfoys." He demanded. We talked for a while then it was time to go. I raced down to my dorm room excited to go to my first party at Hogwarts. Then Ihopped into the shower. I was in the shower till the water got cold. I got to my dress on my bed and slipped it on. It fit me perfectly and when I looked in the mirror I was stunned. After a few minutes of me admiring myself, I put on some light makeup and curled my hair. I was finished getting ready I headed down to the common room. Once I got there everyone's eyes flew onto me. Then I felt a pair of hands at my waist.
