A new bud of love

And so Otoya x Haruka begins! Hope you enjoy!

- Seven days after the meeting with Shining -

Tokiya got up knowing that today he had to break up with Haruka. It pained him to have to let go of her. He decided he would take her out on one last date.

" Haruka, lets go on a date in the park!" Tokiya said to Haruka who was in his kitchen preparing breakfast.

" Whats this all of a sudden? Um..... but sure why not, and the weathers nice too. I'll start packing our lunch then."

- At the park -

Haruka and Tokiya set the blanket down on the ground and Haruka pulls out the food. While she does that, Tokiya wonders on how to break up.

" Um.... Haruka, can I talk to you?"

" Um, of course were on a date."

" Well, um.... I think we should break up"

" WHAT!?!? WHY!?!" Haruka said, practically screaming.

" Haruka! shhhhh! Well I just think its for the best"

Why was he lying? It hurt so much, but he would rather say some excuse than to say he was breaking up with her for a job.

" You think I'd just accept and excuse like that!?!"

" I'm sorry Haruka "

" Wait! Tokiya! "

Tokiya got up and started walking up and Haruka tried to follow but by the time she got up from the blanket he was gone. Haruka fought her tears while she cleaned up the picnic and walked to Tokiya's house.

- At Tokiya's house -

Haruka was overwhelmed with mixed emotions. Sadness, loneliness, anger, frustration, hatred, longing and most of all confusion. Why did he break up with her? Was it something she did? WHAT DID SHE DO!?!?! 

She was now in front of his door. Hatred overtook her and she threw the picnic basket at the door. She ran home as fast as her legs could carry.

- At Haruka's house (8 pm-ish) -

When Haruka finally got home she collapsed right after slamming the door. She fell to her knees and started crying. After around five hours of crying she was exhausted, she lifted her lifeless body up and walked over to her bed. She remembered that at the graduation Otoya said that if anything happened she should call him. 

So Haruka picked up her phone and dialed Otoya's number.

" Haruka!?! Whats wrong? Its one o'clock in the night."

" Oh is it? Sorry...."

Haruka then started to cry and Otoya could hear her.

" Haruka whats wrong!? Why are you crying!?"

" OOOOOOTOOOOYAAAAA! Tokiya dumped me!"

" WHAT!?!?!? THAT BASTARD! IM GONNA KILL HIM! Oh! Haruka, hold on I'll be there soon. kay? "

" mkay."

After that both sides hung up and Haruka sat there lifelessly. All of a sudden she felt nauseous. She quickly ran to the bathroom and threw up. Why did she have to be sick at a time like this? She lay there on the ground and fell asleep.

" Haruka!?! Are you ok? Haruka!" Otoya said while trying to shake her awake.

" Hm? Oh. Otoya. Sorry for worrying you."

" No. Its fine as long as your ok. Are you ok? Don't worry I'll beat that bastard to a pulp!"

" No its ok, Otoya. I'm just really tired. I just wanna sleep right now."

" Oh yeah. You must be tired. Come on"

Otoya helped Haruka up and brought her to her bedroom. Then he set her down on her bed and covered her with a blanket. 

" Otoya?"

" Hm?"

" Will you sleep with me? ( JUST SLEEP)"

" EH!?!? uuuum... sure"

Haruka moved over to make room for Otoya and lifted up the blanket. He climbed into the bed and held her close, trying to comfort her. Haruka felt surprisingly comfortable and felt more reassured when Otoya was around. So she snuggled up to him and put her head on his chest. To Otoya, there would probably never be a happier moment. With peaceful smiles on their faces, they fell asleep together.
