"Target is the Gucci version of Walmart, trust me" Adora assured Bow, as they walked towards the large store.

"It is not! I used to work there, they have the same prices!" Glimmer protested.

Adora shrugged that off, rolling her eyes. "If you say sooooo" she sung, clicking her tongue.

Then something caught her eye.

"I LOVE THE TARGET RED BALLS" Adora almost screamed.

Glimmer flinched and covered her ears in pain. "JEsUS, do you have to be so loud?"

Adora stopped and stared Glimmer straight in the eye with seriousness.

"Yes."

Glimmer sighed and followed Adora to the target red balls that sat outside the store.

"I just love them so much, so smooth, and plus you can climb on them!" Adora gushed.

"You're so weird!" Glimmer said.

Adora Naruto ran up to the nearest one and dramatically climbed on it.

She spun and jumped off, flying through the air and landing on the ground with a sick thud.

"Oh my god Adora, stop embarrassing us!" Glimmer shook her head.

"Like you had shame when we were biking in Walmart" Adora rolled her eyes, crossing her arms.

Glimmer laughed and linked her arm with Adora's, like best friends usually do.

Together, they followed Bow into the shining lights of Target.

"Okay heres the rule. We're playing extreme Hide and Seek." Glimmer explained. She wrapped her arms through Bows, so the squad was all linked up.

"Obviously I'll be the seeker because I won the moo-moo juice challenge. That means you two will have to hide, and whoever I find first loses." Glimmer added on.

"Seems fair" Bow agreed.

In the front of the store, the cash registers greeted them with slight hesitance. It wasn't everyday three teens entered a store at 2 AM.

"Okay, I'm going to count to 30. Ready... Set... GO" Glimmer shouted.

Adora took off running towards the Starbucks the Target stores usually had inside them. Her plan was to  hide out under one of the booths until Bow was found.

She quickly pulled out her wallet from her back pocket as she entered with one swift movement.

"Hi!" She called out to the barista in a frantic tone. All Adora wanted was her coffee before Glimmer stopped counting to 30. But even she knew that was impossible.

The barista was a teen with shaggy blonde hair swooped to the side. His eyebrows scrunched together in confusion and weariness.

"Um.. Hi, can I take your order?" He questioned, staring into Adora's eyes.

"YES" Adora dramatically said as she placed her card on the counter.

"One large thing of pinapple matcha, or however you say it in Italian or something"  Adora smiled embarrassingly but unapologetically.

The boy grimaced at Adora's presentation but continued to shout into the back her order.

A flash of purple triggered Adora's instincts and she dived behind the nearest person, holding her breath in anticipation.
