Overview: The Omniverse Expeditionary Force is a resistance group that are the main resistance group aginst the Neo-Axis. They allowed anyone into their ranks either from volutneers or constriction to fill in their ranks. The problem is that the Omniverse Expeditionary Force group is divided over some individuals from universes that have no clue what warfare is. Still the resistance is an effective fighting force against the Neo-Axis.
*Regulars/Guerrillas (Most of them are not experienced in military techquies or stargerities. They are however easily to train than professional soldiers)

*Red Army soldiers/Soviet Soldiers (They are the tough soldiers of the resistance. They used their numbers and brutality to strike fear into the enemy. Their weakness however is that they used old outdated techiques.)
