Info: After the 2nd Battle of Hoover Dam, the New California Republic Army mounted an offensive against the Brotherhood of Steel led by a Veteran Ranger who only goes by the nickname of The Courier. However during that battle, a portal came out of nowhere and sucked both sides in and dropped them onto the OARO Base. At first there was going to be a gunfight, all sides were settle down. Upon learning about the threat of the Neo-Axis, the Couier and the Commander of Brotherhood of Steel force decided to settle their differenc and prepare for an invasion.
