Info: Short for Omniverse Army Resistance Organization. The O.A.R.O was created after a visitor claiming to be an Omniverse Traveler warned some groups that the Neo-Axis is coming to invade their universe. Their soldiers while well trained haven't seen a real battlezone. They are reinforced by the a Brotherhood of Steel and NCR unit and they will fight the Neo-Axis to the end,
