Let's talk about the future of Brooklyn

Hey guys...I'm here to tell you something.

And what I'm going to tell you might upset some people and even make some of my haters happy.

~Sigh~

BROOKLYN STORY IS GETTING A REWRITE!!!!

GAHHHHH!

God, I know I scared you guys. I scared myself a bit too.

Why am I rewriting this story and doing a deep edit?

Well...frankly, my writing was shit two years ago. I have a bunch of spelling and grammar errors. There are inconsistencies. My side characters lack real depth ~cough cough~ Brandon and Henry. My sex scenes aren't sexy enough. I kept saying Italy...like what fucking part of Italy woman!!!!!

I didn't give any back story to any side character other than Daniel and Keiko.

Like...

SPOILER ALERT FOR THE FUTURE REWRITE AND I'M UNVEILING THIS BECAUSE I CANNOT CONTAIN MYSELF.

You guys don't know about Henry going to the military and being kicked out and shunned by his family.

You guys don't know about the tragic back story of Jackson's first love and best friend Hazel that ended with her suicide and his vendetta against sex trafficking.

You guys don't know about Brandon's childhood dreams that were stripped away from him, turning him into a world of crime.

You guys don't fully grasp the abuse Keiko had to endure for her to be so strong.

You guys don't know about how Alessio had to starve for days on end in the mean streets of Florence.

And sad enough, you guys don't know about Katherine's autistic sister that died because of her drug addict mother.

You guys haven't fully grasped the full depth of Brooklyn's alcoholism, grief, and trauma.

And why not?

Because I'm a shit writer.

OKAY, REWRITE SPOILER IS OVER!

I want to make this right. I want to give these characters more depth, more descriptions, more everything. Why? Because you guys deserve it. My babies deserve it.

So, for the last week, I have been writing.

So far, as I'm writing this, I'm at the beginning of chapter 4. And I added a whopping 4,000 words to 3 chapters. I calculated. That's almost 100,000 more words that will most likely be added.

100,000 more words that need to be used to tell Brooklyn and co stories.

I have no idea when I'll be done. It could be exactly 70 days if I do a chapter a day and stick to it. It could be six months if I get lazy. It could be a year if I do it when I have time.

But, all I know is that I will write it. And it will be worth it.

I hope when I announce it's done. You guys will give her another read. I think you guys would like it.

So...instead of my usual spew.
