I ran down the marble staircase, and made by way towards Austria. Once I saw him in the Living room I lost it. I ran towards him, grabbed him by the collar and said,

"How much did you 'buy' us for?" I asked. I wanted an answer.

"That is none if your buissness." He said.

"It is exactly my buissness." I growled. "Now tell me." Austria smiled then said,

"What will you do if I refuse to tell you?" I felt my anger rise up even more. This guy was a total jackass. I don't know why, but I slapped him. I slapped him so hard his glasses flew across the room and broke. I saw the anger in his face grow once I slapped him.

"Get out." He growled, pointing towards the door. "And don't come back." He said. I was shocked, at first. But then I realized this was my chance to finally leave. I walked out the door and left everything behind. Even Feliciano.

I walked the streets of this huge city until I saw an alleyway that looked secluded and empty. I decided to hide between the dumpster and the trashcans and take a nap. I still hadn't had my siesta yet.

When I woke up, it was nighttime. I crept out if the alleyway and saw about five women standing in the corner next to the alley. They were all dressed in corsets with Jean shorts and fishnet tights with leather boots or high heels. They all had either a cigarette or a joint in their hands, and one of them had a bottle of Jack. They were talking amongst themselves and hadn't spotted me. What were these women doing here? Why did they smell so bad? One of them spotted me and said,

"Get out of here, kid. Go home." She had a low, deep voice.

"I don't have a home." I said, looking down.

"Frankly, I don't care. Just leave." She said, taking a drag of the woman's joint next to her. Soon after that, a car pulled up and the woman walked up to the car window and said,

"You lookin' for a good time, honey?" Then a low voice boomed from the car.

"Hell Yeah, baby. How much?"

"$50. Of you want everything, It's $100" she replied.

"Alright. Get in, baby." The voice said.

"Where are they going?" I asked the one who had a joint in her hand. She laughed at me then said,

"You really don't know?" I shook my head sheepishly. She took a hit of her joint, put it out, looked to me and said,

"Honey, we're hookers, In case you didn't know. We have sex for money. But, I didn't want to become a prostitute. I was homeless, and desperate for money. I thought to myself, 'I won't do it for long. Just until I can make enough to find a home and a stable job.'" She laughed then continued, "Oh, I was such a fool. So naive. Do yourself a favor and leave. Find a different way to find a home. I'm sure there's a different way. Just, whatever you do, don't turn to prostitution." I nodded at her words then replied,

"Yeah, Whatever." She smirked a little and said,

"Now go, get out of here. Find another way to make money, find a home, and a stable job." So I turned around, and walked in the opposite direction of her and that corner.
