One Week Later
"Mickey, I'm taking your car" I yelled out of the living room "no your fucking not" he said walking out of the kitchen "its Sandy's trial get dressed or I'm taking your car" I said, he nodded at me and walked away "Terry's going FYI" he said while tossing me the car keys "were going to court what's he gonna do" I said slipping on my jacket, he tilted his head approvingly and handed me my phone "thanks ill see you later" "be careful you punched my dad he's gonna be pissed at you" he yelled after me "let him" I said walking out the house.
I pulled up to the prison only to see all 7 Milcovitches I looked at Terry and when he saw me he said "fucking hell, what are you doing here" he said glaring at me, I walked up to him and said "I'm here to see my girlfriends trial" before pulling his beer out of his hand and walking into the building.
We sat through about 20 mins of trial time until they called Sandy out. The trial went on as usual she pled not guilty and the lawyers started to walk out but then joey Milcovitch stood up "I would like to testify" the judge agreed and he walked up to the podium. Sandy looked at me and I shrugged she looked really confused but her lawyer was telling her to keep her eyes on the judge. "My dad called the cops on Sandy there wasn't a drug operation" said Joey. The judge nodded and told us that she "would take this into consideration" and after that they led sandy back into the prison, she turned around to smile at me and I waved at her.
After the trial the judge asked for a private audience with the Milcovitches and anyone else here for Sandy the Milcovitches all walked up to the door and I was stopped and asked my name and age I told them who I was and they allowed me in. The judge looked at all of us and asked for silence "due to the comment made by the gentleman on the left, their has been a thorough police search and due to the fact there is no evidence of any kind of illegal transportation we are allowing your niece out of the prison with 2 weeks under house arrest " said the judge while addressing Terry "the defendant has chosen the house 24 shore grove avenue for her arrest but would like to get agreement of this statement from, Christina Gallagher." she said looking at me "I agree" I said obviously fine with Sandy living in my house for two weeks. The judge closed her book and signaled for the police officer to take her and Sandy out of the court room. I was sat on the set of chairs outside the prison waiting for the police to bring her out, the Milcovitches had left a while ago i assumed to get yelled at by Terry, so i was just waiting on my phone.
"defendant 210, Sandy Milcovitch" said the police women, I looked up and tucked my phone into my back pocket before running up to Sandy and hugging her "i missed you so much" she hugged me back and replied "i missed you to, thank god I wasn't stuck in their for 18 months"she smiled "oh, I brought you your leather jacket" I said running over to grab it she smiled at me and sniffed it "it smells like you" i laughed "well it has been in my room all week" she leaned over to hug me again which i did not deny and we just stood their for a few minutes in each others arms. "right lets go home" i said pulling away, she nodded at me and grabbed my hand and we walked into the car park "ugh your manky car has never been so nice to see" she said running into the car.
"Were back" I yelled to the general vicinity of the house. "We?" Carl yelled from inside the kitchen, i looked at sandy and smiled "yea, i'm back and i brought" "AUNTIE SANDY" Franny yelled running into the kitchen i laughed and Sandy picked Franny up "hey i think you stole her line" sandy said signalling to me. Mickey and Ian came down the stairs and "hey your back" Mickey said hugging Sandy "your fly's undone Mickey" i said while buttering my toast he flipped me off and Sandy covered Franny's eyes. Lip came down stairs "hey, welcome back, hey you got your leather jacket back Chris hasn't let go of that thing all week" Lip said pointing to Sandy's outfit, I face palmed and sandy walked over to me and wrapped her arms round my waist "yea, well i haven't taken this off either" she said pulling the necklace i got her at her wedding out "awwwwww, you really do love me" i said sarcastically, she nodded and kissed my lips "did you ever doubt me" she whispered into my ear. Ian laughed "were already at i love you wow guys" he said taking a fiver off of Mickey "you were betting on when we would say i love you" Sandy said "well you the two of you aren't exactly the I love you type" Mickey said, i raised my eyebrow "what type are we?" i asked "well the ill fuck you but then were done type" Mickey said. A group of mumbles and nods took over the room "you all really think off us that way" i asked and they all nodded "but it doesn't matter because I love her" Sandy said.
