"hey, Franny's awake" Sandy said shaking me "oh, damn we need to get up" I said standing "hey, what are we actually doing for Franny's birthday" Sandy asked me getting up "we aren't doing anything Debbie is planning a princess party she told me to go to the dollar store with Franny and get some decorations but other than that we cant get involved" I said sticking my hair up "so, do are you and Franny going to the store or is this like a group activity" Sandy asked pulling a shirt over her head "a group activity" I said leaving the room.
"good morning, Franny" I said picking her up and putting her on a stool "auntie chwis, im five today" she said sticking her hand out in a number five "really, but your so big" Sandy said taking her out my hand "awe the thwee of us hanwing out today or nwot" Franny asked with her big eyes "yea, they are going to take you shopping for your princess party" Debbie said handing me and Sandy each a cup of coffee "I hate pwincesses" Franny yelled "no, you love princesses we are gonna have a big party with your whole class" Debbie said "I'm with Fran on this one" Sandy said "yea, why a princess party?" Tammy asked "because every little kid wants a princess party" Debbie said matter of factly "I never did" I said taking a sip of my coffee "yea, me either I was really into go-karting though" Tammy said "My uncles would just get me drunk and let me shoot a gun" Sandy said "yea, you never had cake either did you" I asked Sandy and she shook her head. "well can we gwo shwopping now" Asked Franny "yes honey just a second" I said to Franny "okay what do we actually need to buy?" I asked Debbie "Magic wands, Pixie dust, Tiaras and a ball gown for you me and Sandy" she said handing me a list "I'm not wearing a ball gown" Sandy, I squeezed her hand "I'll wear one" I said trying to calm Debbie down "right, lets go" Sandy said to Franny.
"what is up with Debbie" Sandy asked me when we arrived at the store "She is worried that she isn't a good mother so I told her to throw Franny a birthday party" I said to Sandy "well she is a bad mom she's always out at welding classes" Sandy said to me "yea, but she does all that to make money to be able to raise Franny" I said sympathetically and Sandy nodded "look what I fwound" Franny said running up to me and Sandy with light sabers "wow those are pretty cool" Sandy said taking one of them out of Franny's hand "you want to have a battle" I asked Franny "yea" she said clapping her hands vigorously.
"were back" Sandy yelled into the house "did you get everything" Debbie yelled from the hallway "yea, wands, glitter, dresses, ribbons and bunting" I replied "the bounce house is pulling up right now" Debbie said pointing at the door, we nodded and turned around to go get the bounce house.
it had been about two hours and we were still sitting in the living room with Franny and none of her friends had turned up. "is she okay" sandy whispered in my ear nodding her head at Debbie "yea, she just wanted to do something nice for Franny that didn't involve me or you" I said. "look what i got you" Micky yelled bursting into the room with an AK-47 in his hand "guns!!" Franny shouted putting her arms up "those aren't princess themed" Debbie whined as Franny ran out the room. I stood up and sighed "it's okay Debs you head down to the alibi and me and sandy will clean up"I said ushering her out of the house.
