Chapter 19

Big boss!

He turned, looking at her with a blank face. His eyes drinking in her curves, staying a little on her heaving chest. His eyes immediately darken.

Luna had frozen, blinking, like she still couldn't believe it. Removing his cufflinks while watching her intensely, he sauntered foreward. The sound of crunching glass was heard as he got closer to her and didn't stop till there was little space between them. His nearer presence, broke her out of the daze. She quickly turned and headed for the kitchen, searching for the broom to clean up the mess.

Finding the broom she returned, keeping her eyes on the ground, which did nothing to help. Tension had long filled the room and wasn't leaving anytime soon. Back in the kitchen, emptying into the bin, she took her time. She definitely didn't see the coming.
What on earth was Dylan thinking?!

She needed to get out of here fast, but where would she go?
Luna entered the room to see that he was seated, already eating. She sat opposite him and started eating silently. After a while, big boss's fork dropped and he placed the napkin on the plate, folding his arms.

"I have a proposition for you."
Luna's eyes flew to his in curiosity and froze when he stood up to pick a file she hadn't noticed behind her. He dropped it in front of her and sat down. Luna looked at the red file, scared to view it's contents.

"What is it?" Her voice was squeaky and she cleared her throat nervously.

"A contract."

She didn't understand, a contract or her termination letter?

"You reside here and continue to be my PA.  The bills of your grandmother will be covered by me. You will be given time off whenever you need it to visit her and many other benefits."

She suddenly recalled the time when Chloe said he came for her file. So that meant he had been waiting for her to fuck up!

Luna's breath hilted, waiting for it. Her eyes squinted and he smirked, recieving the message explicitly.

What was the price?

"I want your body and time. You share my bed and be my plus one to every function."
Of course there was no free lunch anywhere she thought, but this was just absurd.

Luna rose up suddenly, rage had filled her eyes. "What do you take me for? A prostitue? No, I won't be one of those PA's who have an affair with their boss. So you can fire me!"

"To say you're arousing me is an understatement" he chuckled darkly. Luna took a step back in disbelief as his words kept on resounding in her head.

He stood up and stared at her, all amusement wiped from his face. "I'll give you until tomorrow evening to give me an answer. Mind you Miss Williams, I don't take rejections very well."

He left the room leaving Luna speechless.

Luna had never slept better than the way she did last night. Big boss's proposition had kept her awake for some time but the events of the day made her doze off after one in the morning.

Fortunately, Jolene had packed all her clothes without destroying any of her clothes like she thought she would.
Luna picked a peach dress. When the dress tighten her ass, she knew a new wardrobe would be her next priority after getting out of her boss's place.

About the proposition. A hard no! She couldn't even believe she spent hours thinking about it, even though her mind had been made within seconds. She had thought about the outcome of the possibility.
