(9) Begging and Birthdays

2 months later 

*Knock knock* 

Winnie answered the door. 

"Lillian? What are you doing here?" Winnie said as she stood in her door way. 

"I'm looking for Buck. Is he here?" She said 

"No. Even if he was here he doesn't want to see you or talk to you. Please leave my property before I call the police." Winnie said as she slammed the door. 

Lillian yelled "that's fine I'll find him on my own." 

Winnie alerted Bucky that she was in town and looking for him. Lenae wasn't having none of that and was ready to tell the girl where she could go. While they were out having dinner with Lenae's parents. 

Lillian spotted them and saw how happy he was through the restaurant window. As they were leaving and after Lenae's parents left. Lillian popped out of the alley. 

"Hey Buck.." Lillian said 

"Lilian." He said as they went to walk away. 

"Whose this?" Lillian said 

"Hi I'm Lenae Thompson his girlfriend." Lenae said 

"Oh..so another L name." Lillian said 

"Let's get one thing straight honey..my name may start with an L. But I am nothing like you and the ugly heart you have. So if you came back here to try and win him back it's a little late. He's moved on and he's happy. So why don't you take your ass away. Because the way I see it you probably came crawling back because ol Dude dumped your ass." Lenae said 

"Lenny baby you don't have to do that. I learned a long time ago that she is not worth it." He said as he grabbed Lenae's hand and they walked the opposite direction. 

Three days later Bucky had the top floor decorated in purple balloons. As well as Lenae's office it was her birthday and purple was her favorite color. In her office he had her favorite candy and purple roses and a purple rose bear. 

When Lenae came upstairs she was looking around at all the balloons. When she walked into her office Bucky was leaned against her desk. 

"Did you do this?" She said 

"I did.." he said as he moved. 

She saw all the stuff on her desk. "Bucky..you are amazing." She said when she saw her favorite chocolate Ferrer roche sitting on her desk. 

"There are purple cupcakes in the break room for later." He said 

She kissed him as she stood on her toes. He wrapped his arms around her waist as he pulled her closer. He began to squeeze her ass cheeks and moaned. Being with her made him feel more confident and less scared. 

"Whoa okay um.." Nat said when she walked in. 

They both pulled away and wiped mouths. "When did this happen?" Yelena said behind her. 

"Really you two? They've been banging each other for the past 2 months"  Sam said 

"Sam.." Lenae said 

"Just being honest." He said 

"Well this is great news! My two best friends are finally together." Nat said 

"That makes you a cougar Len.." Yelena said as she did a dance. 

"I am not. I am only 4 years older than him." She said 

"We are happy for you." Sam said as they all headed to the budget meeting they had scheduled.

A little while later Weston showed up at the office building. Peter tried to stop him but instead Weston punched him. He had a snickers bouquet and red roses ready to apologize to Lenae. 

She and Bucky discussing three new clients when he walked in. 

"Lenny happy birthday baby." Weston said 

"What the hell are you doing here? Get out!" She snapped as she stood up.

"Look baby I brought you your favorites." He said 

She trashed them. "There are not! These are my favorites you would know that if you had actually paid attention to me. Now get out before I call security." She said 

"To..late for that." Peter said as he held his jaw. 

Clint and Scott came in with the rest of security as well as two officers. 

"Baby please don't do this. You were right as about Chass. And my business is going bankrupt because of the scandal.  Please Lenny.." Weston said 

"Get him out of here." Bucky said as he walked over to Lenae and kissed her on the lips. 

"You bastard!" Weston said as they dragged him away. 

"Well now that the show is over let's eat!" Yelena said as they went to the break room. 

As they were laying in bed. "Thank you for today. It was amazing the best thing anyone could of ever done for me on my birthday." She said 

"You're welcome." He said as he kissed her.

"I love you James." She whispered as they kissed again. 

"Mmm I love you too." He whispered as they began to passionately make out.
