(15) A Godmother's Gift

When Lenae was 20 weeks Natasha went with them to the gender appointment. Ingrid gave the old fake out that the twins were cooperating. But as Lenae and Bucky left the exam room Ingrid gave a piece of paper to Natasha. 

Two weeks after that appointment Natasha rented out a ballroom at The Plaza Hotel. It had decorated and caterered. Bucky was told to be at the party by 2PM. 

"Why are we having lunch here with our parents?" Len said as they parked the car. 

"I don't know that's what they said. To be here at 2." He said as he helped her out of the car. 

He kissed her as he held her bump. "You look beautiful today." He said 

"You say that about me everyday." She said 

"Cause it's true." He said as he took her hand and they went inside.

They opened up the ballroom door. 

"Surprise!" Everyone yelled 

The room was covered in pink and blue decor. 

"I sense Natasha's doing." Len said as she came over to them.

"It is my duty as their god mother to do these things." Natasha said 

"Who said you were the god mother?" Bucky said 

"She did. And Sam is the god father." Nat said 

"Oh god no. He would be a terrible guardian." Bucky said 

"Rude.." Sam said as he joined them.

The party was a hit with everyone they were all mingling dancing and eating. Natasha went all out even hiring a DJ. Two of the caterers came out with two cakes. 

"Alright mama and daddy. Time to find out who your babies are going to be." Nat said as she took pictures. 

Each of them cut into one of the cakes. On the inside of Bucky's blue M&Ms fell out of the center. 

"A boy!!" Lenae yelled 

She cut into hers and purple M&Ms. "it's a girl?" Lenae said 

"Yup we special ordered purple ones just for you and her. So yes a boy and a girl." Nat said 

"One of each.." Bucky said as he held her bump from behind. 

She looked up at him and kissed him. "So happy for us." She said 

"Ditto." He said as he kissed her again.
