Away from them

I'm sitting at the corner of the room, watching everyone work on the case, trying to figure out who would be after Jaxon. Something tells me he knows who's after him but for some type of reason, doesn't want to acknowledge it. Suddenly Aiden comes up to his brother running, all worked up;
-Jaxon! You've got to see this!
Everyone gathers up next to Jaxon and Aiden, I get up to see what's happening and to finally see Aiden, who looks overly worried, but I can't get to him because of the people surrounding him.
-Vincent's family...
-What about them? Asks Jaxon in a hurry.
-Not only did those monsters kill their family, but they left a message for us.

Whoever he's working for, we're coming for you you bastard. Watch your family go next.

Jaxon looks away in disbelief.
-Who are they Jaxon? What are they talking about? Asks Aiden. He's clearly talking about you. Vincent worked for your mafia, why are they after you? Didn't you tell me this whole gang was low key?

-It was supposed to be low key! Someone must've blown our cover. Son of a bitch.
-What are we supposed to do now? We can't get known among other gangs, or our whole plan will be ruined. Says a guy.
-They can't get to us. They don't know
who we are, they don't even know who runs this gang.
-That's what we thought. Says Aiden, up until they found out Vincent was a part of a mafia, our mafia, that's supposed to be a secret, someone's watching us.

-There's only one gang who knows about us, says Jaxon. But they wouldn't blow our covers up, I mean they warned us that someone's coming for us.
-It just doesn't make sense. Says the blond girl. Something doesn't add up.
-But why would they keep us a secret? What makes you think we can trust them?
-I made a deal with their boss. Unless...
-Unless what Jaxon? Says his brother.
-Everyone, let's lay low these few weeks until I find out who's the rat who's been telling about us. Cynthia, Zayn, you two help me. Everyone else lay low for now. Aiden you need to hide. If they are any close to knowing I'm the boss, they'll be coming for my family, and you'll be first.
-I'm not hiding from this "big bro". If you really think I'm-
-I can't lose you! I can't lose you.
-You should've thought about that before you had this whole gang made up.
Aiden says, then leaves the room furiously.

The blond girl goes behind him, but Jaxon calls her; Lydia, let him go. We need you here now.
So many questions run through my mind. Why would they want to keep their gang a secret from other gangs. That's unusual among gangsters. And who's  Lydia always going after Aiden? But most importantly, what's Jaxon up to that other mafias are after him so badly?
I go after Aiden, he's standing outside smoking.
-Hey there. I tell him while reaching for his hand. He doesn't look at me, still taking sips from his cigarette and holds my hand.
I hold his face with my hand forcing him to look at me, worried about his well-being.
-Hey, are you okay? He throws his cigarette on the floor and presses his lips against mine, while pulling me closer to him. I feel the taste of cigarettes and alcohol while he kisses me aggressively.
He then presses his head against mine, and whispers;
-Let's get away from here.
-Where to? I ask him.
-Anywhere away from all this drama. Just you and I.
I hug him and whisper in his ear; Lead the way.

He holds my hand and we leave the place, he takes one of the cars parked outside and drives away as fast as he can.
While he's driving I hold his hand shaking from anger, trying to calm him down.
He finally stops the car along the road, somewhere far, away from shops, restaurants and people. I feel like we're in the middle of nowhere.
