You would assume that if you were a princess then you would want to stay one wouldn't you? What if i told you what it is actually like to be a princess, would you still want to be one because I highly doubt it. To start the day off you have to get dressed into special clothes just for eating your breakfast at precisely 7.30 am! I’ve heard that ordinary people just eat it in their pyjamas. But I wouldn't know because nobody let's me do anything normal, even of it makes life much easier. So next you have breakfast in the special breakfast eating clothes and not just any breakfast. It has to be a cooked breakfast every single day, which you normal people may love but believe me it gets extremely boring having it every day. I remember once we (my mother, my father and I) went to someone else’s castle and they didn’t have a full English breakfast and my mother told the chef off really loudly so everyone else would know what it felt like when they annoyed my mother. Therefore I had the most wonderful crispy golden toast and sweet red homemade strawberry jam. Oh I would love to have toast with homemade strawberry jam again it made me feel so warm inside and stop getting lost in your own thoughts Charlotte. Okay, so next you have to find out what is happening on that day (which usually isn't anything very interesting) even if nothing is happening you still have to get dressed in a dress and I HATE dresses, especially ones that have puffy sleeves or dresses that reach your knees. Most of The worst thing is I can’t even chose what dress I want to wear it gets chosen for me by Angel (one of the few maids who actually make some attempt at a conversation with me). I should probably tell you that this all happens before 9.30. On weekdays I have to do table manners practice, English, French, Spanish and German. I also have to practice speeches why would anyone need to practice giving a speech, as long as you know to talk loudly, clearly, stand straight and don't look down at your feet you'll be fine, won't you? Then at the weekend we usually go visiting some strange place with really weird people where I didn’t even want to go in the first place. And they treat me like I'm a little tiny girl who can't do anything for myself, but then again most people treat me like that so I wouldn't expect any different from anyone else. Now do you realise why I don’t want to be a princess?
Hope you enjoyed the introduction to undercover princess. Please comment and vote as it means a lot to me. Thanks.
