"Hurry up, we're going to be late." I drag Parker down the street.

"We will be fine, stop running." He laughs.

I slow down, still holding his hand.

"My parents don't care if we're late." He tells me.

"Yeah, but I still care."

"Then you better keep up!" He lets go of my hand beginning to run down the quiet night road.

"Come back!" I smile as I run after him.

I watch as he rounds the corner of the block down a small shortcut we use to get to his parents house. I follow his lead, but when I turn the corner my smile immediately drops.

"Ally get back!" Parker screams. "Run!" His voice is filled with horror.

The man harshly grips his arm around Parker's neck. He has a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes, black gloves. He punches Parker in the stomach as he screams for me to run, but I don't move. He doubles over, coughing.

"Parker!" I absentmindedly run over to him.

I pull him up to look at me, his face is covered with sweat, and a part of my heart breaks. Before I can do anything else I feel a pair of arms rip me away from him.

"Ally!" He screams, coughing again.

"Parker!" I scream for him. I can see him try to run for me but the other man harshly pulls him back.

The man keeps dragging me away from him. I keep kicking and squirming, trying to get free. I hear Parker still screaming.

"HELP!" I try to scream, but the man covers my mouth with his hand.

I try pulling away but he grips me tighter. He throws me to the ground, a small wave of pain runs through my knees. I stand up and I try to scream again.

"HEL-" I start.

But, a painful shock burns through my chest. I look down, and in the center of my rib cage, a bullet hole goes through me. The pain gets worse as a green fire burns through my skin, leaving my chest to look like burning coals. The smoldering green spreads and spreads and my chest stops rising and falling as all the air is ripped from my lungs. I struggle to breath as I fall to the ground. As I lay there, no air in my lungs, sweat on my forehead, all I can think about is Parker.

(Parker)

I struggle against the man's harsh grip around my shoulders. I listen to Ally scream. Each time I hear her voice I struggle more, desperate to get back to her, but one of her screams is cut short, and a sharp bite of worry spreads through my chest. For no reason the man lets me go. I immediately regain my feet, stumbling towards the entrance of the alleyway the man dragged Ally down. My meat achs as I cough, leaning against the outside of a building. I spot her laying in the middle of the alley, hidden in the shadows, barely visible. The only thing allowing me to see her is a strange green glow. As I stumble closer I notice her chest taking in uneven breaths. She sucks in the air in short and fast motions, her body struggling, and I know something is wrong.

"Ally!" I try yelling, but I can't tell if she hears me.

I keep trying to get to her, but a sharp pain burns into my skull, and I fall to my knees, clawing at the pain somewhere in the center of my head. I look up again, trying to find her, but my vision is blurry, preventing me from seeing her through the clouds that fog my vision.

And I keep looking for her.

But I can't find her.

And I look-

For who?

I search through my brain.

But I can't remember.

I keep getting more light headed and I feel my legs go to jelly as I fall. I keep searching my head. I keep searching and searching, and as the light fades from my blurry vision I keep thinking. I keep trying and a small voice in the back of my head whispers 'her'. I don't know her name, I don't remember her, but a small part of me knows I need to find her.
