as finns car pulled up to the house, y/n grew happier by the second. she was not only happy to be with her friend group, she was excited for the games they'd play. y/n had a very serious crush on finn and was hoping sadie and millie would help them get her to kiss him again. she yearned for his kiss.
finn on the other hand, was angry. he wouldn't let y/n see it but he did NOT want jaeden with her. finn may not be right for her (which he is.) but jaeden? absolutely not. finn knew jaeden would be bad for her. jaeden was close with wyatt after all, it doesn't seem right to him.
as the car came to a stop, y/n got out and grabbed her bag. finn got out and grabbed his, following her to the door. after hitting the doorbell nearly 20 times, millie opened it and brought y/n into a close hug. finn smiled at the interaction.
y/n pov
seeing millie made me really happy. i was excited to have a night with my friends. as we walked inside i saw everyone in the kitchen. it looked like everyone was with their crush or s/o. gaten was with lizzy, caleb was with sadie, noah was eagerly waiting for millie, jack was standing beside cylia, and jaeden stood alone. i smiled and waved at him.
jaeden walked up to me and pulled me into a hug. i blushed and hugged back. "hey short stuff" jack said as he walked up, ending our interaction. "hey jack, i see your new girlfriend is here" i giggled and he rolled his eyes "she isn't. not yet at least. we're talking though." "how cute!" i smiled and finn walked up beside me. "hey guys" he said as he leaned against the counter. everyone else was in conversation. "oh hey finn." jaeden seemed unamused? is he alright?
"okay everyone listen up" millie smiled and clapped her hands together "so we need to figure out sleeping arrangements! also! no sex in my house or i cut it off!" she was extremely serious.. yikes.. it's not like i'm getting any- "okay also since this is co-ed we can play fun games. since it's not too late in the day we can either start now or watch movies." "movies!" i pointed at noah as he spoke. "bingo" finn said and we all laughed "okay everyone let's go to the movie room!"
we followed millie downstairs into her 'movie room' and it's beautiful. there were just enough seats for everyone as well! i was so excited. finn stood beside me as we walked in. "so pick your seats!" millie said as she ran to the front with noah. i looked around and smiled "hey y/n wanna sit with me?" jaeden asked and i turned around "oh i-" "sorry she's sitting with me" finn smirked at him and my eyes widened "oh.. can i sit on the other side of you?" he smiled again and i shrugged "for sure." i smiled and we sat down.

i sat down and looked up as the movie began to play. i guess millie prepared in advance. as ferris beulers day off began to play, i smiled and looked over at finn. he was- staring at me?
"what're you looking at frog face?" i whispered and he rolled his eyes "you, the most bea-" "SHUT UP BACK THERE!" noah yelled, interrupting finn. i giggled and put a finger to my lips shushing him. he smirked and i leaned my head on his shoulder.
finns pov
as the movie continued to play, i knew y/n was falling asleep. she was so tired and eager to be here but i know she's worn out. i looked over at jaeden who looked jealous. he rolled his eyes at me and i smirked. i know he's going to try something tonight. of course he is.
soon, the movie was over and y/n was passed out. she was gripping my sweater sleeve with one hand and the other was on top of my hand. i smiled and looked up at everyone who was staring. "carry her" millie whispered and i nodded. "i've got it" jaeden said as he immediately pulled her from my arm.
i felt a pang of anger run through me as he carried her out, everyone besides jack and cylia following. "so he's coming for your girl huh?" jack asked. i stood up and shrugged "apparently so. she wouldn't pick him. i don't think at least." i was jealous. "hasnt she been sleeping at your trailer?" cylia asked as we all walked out "yeah, she trusts him" jack answered for me and i smiled "yeah she does."
knowing she wanted to be around me felt good. her presence was a gift in itself. we walked into one of the guest rooms with two beds. jaeden placed y/n down in one and looked over at us. jack and cylia got into the other bed and looked at me. "thanks jaeden" cylia said and shooed him out. "thanks." i said as i sat down beside the sleeping girl.
she was tossing and turning a lot. i grabbed her hand and she immediately stopped. she was peaceful. i smiled and brushed the hair off of her face. "do you think she'd mind if i slept beside her?" i asked as i looked over at jack and cylia who were messing with each other's hair. "shed be chill" jack said, not looking away from his girlfriend. i smiled and placed the blanket over us.
she cuddled up next to me and i rubbed her back. her breathing was slow and steady. i found myself admiring her features. the way the moonlight shined through the window and how it made her skin look so matte and beautiful. her nose twitched every so often, making me smile.
y/n is perfect. not only is she perfect, she's perfect for me. in every way humanly imaginable. i want to spend my life with this girl. that's going to be quite hard considering she doesn't even know i like her. i'm going to tell her in the morning.
