Dean and Hermione are standing underneath an underpass. Dean is on his cell phone, leaning against the car. He is fidgeting, clearly upset. Hermione is holding different items in her hand using her magic on them.

'Ellen, it's me again. Any chance you've heard from him?' Dean asks through the phone. 'I swear, it's like looking for my dad all over again. I'm losing my mind here. No, I've called him a thousand times, there's nothing but voicemail. I don't know where he went, or why. Sam's just gone,' His cellphone starts to beep. 'Hang on,' The phone shows another incoming call from Sam. Dean quickly answers it. 'Sammy? Where the hell are you? Are you okay?' When Hermione heard Dean say that she lets out a relieving breath and moves towards Dean. 'Hey, hey, hey! Calm down. Where are you? All right, don't move, I'm on my way,' Dean and Hermione quickly get in the car and drive off. They pass a sign that reads Twin Lakes.

Dean and Hermione arrive at the hotel and park the car before getting out. Dean and Hermione walk frantically down a narrow hallway, checking door numbers until they reach room 109. Dean knocks.

'Sam, it's us. Sam!' He tries the door and it opens. Inside the room Sam is sitting numbly on one bed. 'Sam? Hey?'

'Hey, Dean, Hermione,'

Dean kneels beside him. 'Are you bleeding?' He asks.

'I tried to wash it off,'

Hermione notices Sam's shirt covered in blood. She grabs it searching for a wound. 'Are you hurt?' She asks.

'I don't think it's my blood,' Sam answers.

'Whose is it?' Dean asks.

'I don't know,'

'Sam, what the hell happened?'

Sam finally looks up. 'Dean. I don't remember anything,'

Dean returns to the room, carrying a grocery bag. Hermione followed him closely. Sam has changed clothes and is looking a little less out of it.

'What did you find out?' Sam asks as they enter.

'You checked in two days ago under the name Richard Sambora. Of course, I think the scariest part about this whole thing is the face that you're a Bon Jovi fan,'

'Your room has been quiet, nobody has noticed anything unusual,' Hermione cuts in as Dean was getting off track.

'You mean no one saw me walking around covered in blood?'

'Yeah. That's what she means,' Dean answers.

'Then how the hell did I get here? What happened to me?'

'I don't know. But you're, you're okay, and that's what matters. Everything else we can deal with,'

'Oh really? Because what if I hurt someone? Or worse?'

'Sam...' Hermione tries.

'What if this is what Dad warned you about?' Dean looks shocked at Sam for saying this unlike Hermione who rather looks confused.

'Hey, whoa, whoa, come on man, let's not jump the gun here. We don't know what happened. We've just got to treat this like, like any other job. What is the last thing you remember?' Dean asks.

Sam sits down. 'Just me, you and Hermione, just, in that motel room in West Texas, going out to grab some burgers, and...'

'West Texas? That was over a week ago,' Hermione tells Sam.

'That's it,' Dean looks stunned. 'Next thing I knew I was sitting here. Bloody. Felt like I'd been asleep for a month,'

'Okay. Retrace your steps. The manager said you left yesterday afternoon and he never saw you come back, so...' Dean pulls back the curtains, he finds a bloody fingerprint on the window. 'Hey,'
