🎩Prologue 17 : United Front First!

After they hear all [name]'s plan, the four of them returned to the Mine. Ace and Deuce were standing near the entrance above the rocks. [Name] inhaled and exhaled deeply before standing in front of the entrance of the Mine.

"You...really think it'll go as planned?"Deuce asked [name], there was a hint of worry in his tone for the boy. [Name] nod his head. "I'm sca--no, just nervous"Grim mumbles. [Name] chuckled.

"Wish me luck..."he said and the two entered the Mine.

"Hey beasty! O-o-o-over here!" Grim shouted as [name] started making noise in the wall using a stone. Inside the mine came a loud growling sound from the monster.

"Grrr...LEAVE!" the monster came out and chased [name] and grim.

"It's coming!" [Name] grab grim as they were getting near the entrance. He ducked when the monster let out a powerful punch then skidded under the monster running away.

"Gyah! That punch looks like a knockout if it lands!"grim said,looking over behind the monster. "Yeah, good thing I have fast reflects"[name] said.

"Grrrr!?...there...thief...too... Won't give...mine...mine!"

"Get it as far away from the tunnel as possible."[Name] mumbled as they have reached outside the entrance.

"Go away! Go away!" the monster screamed.

[Name] steps back."It's pretty far from the tunnel...Now!" He commands.

Ace grinned and pointed his magic pen at the monster. "Ok, I got this! Let's go, Extra Large Tempest!" from his magic pen, there came out a large gust of winds. Grim inhaled some air."The Great Grim's Fire Special! Fggna!" He then let out also a large amount of blue fire.

Grim's blue fire fused with Ace's wind magic,enabling to grow bigger and trapped the monster. Ace smirked along with grim. "How's that! I can even fan Grim's shoddy flame into an inferno!" Grim glared at Ace. "It's not shoddy! Ugh, every word out of your mouth pisses me off!"

You turn to deuce."The monster's caught in the fire tornado! Now's your chance Deuce!"[name] shouted. Deuce inhaled and exhaled his breath, them closed his eyes."Calm down...take aim...the biggest, heaviest...thing I know..."he opened his eyes. "Come forth, Cauldron!"

A giant cauldron appear above the monster and it fell down really heard. "Guah!" the monster groaned pain.

"Got it! Nice work everyone!" Grim cheered. "Hey look!" Grim smirked. "The monster look as flat as a pancake just like Ace did earlier!" Ace glared at him. "You don't need to bring that up again" he sighed. "Geez, today just isn't my day."

Deuce jumped down and the four of them went to the entrance. "Let's go get the magic crystal while that thing can't move"he said then they all ran inside.

"Guah!...stone is mine!" the monster screamed.

The group entered the Mine,searching for the magic crystal. [Name] roamed his eyes around every walls then saw the magic crystal. He was about to grab it when the other crystal beside it blinks as if it's calling him.

"!?!"

The crystal's color is deep sea blue and just by looking at it, [name] felt something reminds of him by looking at it. [Name] looks back to his friends then secretly took the deep blue crystal in his pocket, then pulls out the magic crystal they we're looking for.

"Found it!" he exclaimed,the others look at him. "The magic crystal!" Deuce stated. The monster heard them and screamed louder.

"HANDS...OOFFF!" the monster screamed struggling against the giant cauldron.

"Crap! That thing is almost free!" Ace said,eyeing the monster. Grim turn to deuce. "Hey Deuce! Throw some more stuff on it!" Deuce looked even more panicked from the sight of the monster. "U-uh... something heavy?"he pointed his magic pen at the monster. "C-come forth, cauldron!"

*CLANG!*

"And um...umm...cauldron!"

[Name] and Ace sweatdroped watching Deuce summoned multiple cauldrons falling hard on the monster.

'He could've just...' [name] blow a mushroom sigh.

"One more! Cauldron!"

"Nnnggguuaaaah!?"

Ace looked at Deuce, getting tired of his nonsense. "Do you have nothing but cauldrons in your repertoire?!"

"Shut up! I'm at my wit's end here!"deuce retorts back.

"Deuce..."you gave him a blank look."...you could've just summoned a huge rock ya'know" Grim finished. [Name] shake his head."A-anyway we got the magic crystal!" Deuce said changing the topic. "Let's skedaddle!" Grim shouts.

"Roger!" they answered and started running through the woods. The monster saw the intruders were getting out of sight, it dangerously declared.

"That...is...MINNEEE!"
