Chapter 7

The ride to the ambulance was horrifying.

Bella was lying there unconscious, with a lifeless expression.

It's all my fault.

I'm the reason Bella is close to dieing.

But i love her. I would never do something like that.

Once we got to the hospital, they put Bella on a stretcher and roled her into a room. They wouldn't let me go in with her so I had to wait in the waiting room.

It was over crowded. There were at least 60 people waiting for answers on their family member.

I sat down in an empty chair and looked down.

I started to think that if Bella doesn't live, I wouldn't either.

It's been about an hour and I atill had no news on Bella.

Christina walked in and went over to me.

"What are you doing here?"

"Bella's on my team. I care about her you know."

"I'm sorry. I'm just not in the mood."

"Why do you care so much about Bella?"

"It's a long story but you have to promise not to tell anyone."

"Okay I promise."

"Me and Bella met at the blind auditions. And the minute I saw her, i instantly grew feelings for her. She liked me to but we decided to try and keep our relationship professional for the show. But we couldn't help being apart so we secretly dated. And when you said you liked me, I kissed you and made out with you. That caused major problems in our relationship.

Bella saw that I kissed you when you were depressed and she ran to my house finding any bottle of pills and swallowing about 10 of them. And that's why we're sitting here right now."

"Wow. you must really love her.'

"I do. I love her more than anything. Without her, I don't know what I would-"

"Mr.Levine?"

"Yes?"

"Could you sign some papers at the front desk ?"

"Sure."

I took a look at the papers and saw Coma.

"Excuse me? Why does this paper say coma on it."

"Because we have to put Bella in it. She doesn't have enough strength to breath on her own."

"Is she gonna be okay?"

"I don't know anything yet."

I was signing the paper when I heard the woman's pager start saying "room 518 Bella Marie has stopped breathing. I need doctors now!!"

My heart literally dropped to the floor.

The woman saw me and tried to help me. But I took off running. I ran up the stairs to the fifth floor. I looked around and finally saw Bella's room. The door was locked so I just looked through the window.

There were about 7 doctors working on keeping her alive. I was scared to death. The doctors have to keep her alive. It's not possible for her to die.

I continued looking in the window but saw that they gave up on the love of my life.

Tears began Rolling down my face.

I threw myself onto the wall and just thought about all of those good times we had.

Bella, my girlfriend, the love of my life, just died.
