Chapter 8

*Pye's POV*

"Pye!" I turned around to see Cholo coming on my way. Before I could even say my greeting, he hugged me. "Hey. What's up? You okay? is there a problem?" I asked.

"Are you kidding me!?" 

Whoa! This is the first that Cholo yelled at me. Like wow!

"Seriously!? What if something happened to you!? You know them, you clearly know their status! That person is Queen! Queen, Empress, and Princess! They could have hurt you!" He shouted. Ugh! My ears are hurting, it felt like it's going to bleed anytime now.

"I know." I simply replied. I'm not being an idiot not to know that. Even I was shocked of what I did. Yeah. I just declared a war, a war against the Queen of the school.

"What is wrong with you Pye!? You know that they won't hold back when someone's stopping them! They won't have their own gang if they can't fight. They're used to fighting and bullying people! You can't even slap someone! Now how do you plan on fighting back!? What would Jenny say if she know that I can't even protect you!?" He hysterically said.

"Tch tch tch. That's it. You just want to show Jenny that you're strong enough for her." I teasingly said while patting his shoulder. "Pye, I'm serious." He said.

Oh no. He really is serious. It's the first time I've heard him used that tone on me.

"Okay. Sorry. Just be thankful that I've survived." I said. "And don't worry, I'll explain it to Jenny." I added.

He sighed. "You're so stubborn. Why do you love debating? You really hate losing huh?" He answered back. "But remember, don't tell Jenny that I'm...ahmm...you know." He sheepishly added that made me smile wider. Tch. Really, this friend of mine.

By the way, I'm currently at the clinic. Hyoyeon's at the office, probably giving her statement about what happened earlier. I should be there but Hyoyeon told me that I should give it a rest. She said that she felt guilty of what happened to me. 

Yeah yeah. We had a catfight that's why I had these scratches. Actually, it happened just after I got in the situation.

What happened was so painful. I felt my hair being pulled so recklessly, my arms being scratched, and my body getting numb.

Now I know why fighting was a bad idea. But I survived the first phase, does that mean that I have what it takes to fight back? XP

"Pye! Hey Pye!" I was started when Cholo called me. That's when I realised that I was out of my mind. When I looked at myself, I was already covered with bandages. 

"Huh?" I asked.

"What's the problem? Since earlier you were not in yourself, like you're always drowned by your thoughts." He said. I saw his eyes worrying.

"Oh is that so?" I asked.

"Tch. These days you were not in good shape. And as far as I remember, this habit of yours started happening the day after we went to the mall. That time when you were lost. The restroom thing." He said.

It left my jaw hanging open. This guy sure is smart, he never forgets, even small details won't escape from his brain. "Aish! Never mind. If you're not ready yet, then don't tell me. We'll wait." I know that he's referring to Jenny. Can't he just say that it's Jenny? =_= So stupid eh?

"Okay. I'll take you to your next class for now. Don't stress yourself, understood?" As if I can do something with this current state of my body.

While walking, one of Cholo's teacher came by, asking him to do an errand. At first, he doesn't want to follow his teacher but I told him that I'm fine.
