TW: BLOOD

Y/N POV:

As I laid on my bed staring at the ceiling, I heard a whoosh like sound in my room.

"Did you not learn how to open a door like normal people?" I asked Five, not even tilting my head to look at him.

Five ignored my statement, instead saying, "it's time for the funeral."

That made me sit up and look him dead in the eye. "You really think I want to go to some shitty funeral for the worlds worst father? Yeah, no can do. I already have my schedule full trying to save the frickin world with you."

Five just glared at me. "Get up, Y/N."

I crossed my arms over my chest and started pouting like an annoying four-year-old. "You can't make me."

"Mhm." Five said before jumping onto my bed and tickling me. Shit, my weakness.

"F-five. Five! S-stop! I can't b-breathe!" I said in between my fit of laughter.

Five just stopped and stared at me. He was looking me dead in the eyes with his green orbs. Oh, those beautiful green eyes of his. They were so mesmerizing. I could easily stare at them all day. Wait, no! Stop it brain! No, you couldn't!

"Oh, how I missed that beautiful laugh. She's so gorgeous. God, I love this girl." My eyes widened and I started to turn pink. I felt my face heat up. Oh. My. Goodness. I just heard Five freaking Hargreeves thoughts. He loves me? Still? Man, stupid powers.

"I-uh," I started stuttering. I didn't know what to say back to that. Did I love him? Did I hate him? Was I still mad at him? I didn't know.

"What? Did I do something wro-," Five started to say before realization hit him smack dab in the face. Now it was his turn to get a little pink. "Shit. I-um. So, uh..."

"Uh- w-we have a funeral to go to. Right?" I said quickly, trying to change the subject. We would touch on the other one late.

"Y-yeah." Five stuttered, before grabbing my hand gently and spacial jumping us downstairs.

Since I was already wearing mostly black, I didn't feel like changing. So, I just kept my same clothes on. It started raining, so Five and I grabbed umbrellas as we went outside. We were met with the rest of the family already standing around a spot, I was guessing we were going to drop the dead man's ashes there.

Five and I went to stand next to Klaus who was...using a pink umbrella? Typical.

"Did something happen?" Mom asked in her cheerful tone, her typical, bright smile in place. What the hell? We all looked over at her in confusion.

"Dad died. Remember?" Allison stated, confused.

"Oh. Yes, of course." Mom said again, although she didn't sound very convincing.

"Is mom okay?" Allison asked.

"Yeah, yeah, she's fine. She just needs to rest. You know, recharge." Diego said as Klaus light a cigar.

Pogo soon came stumbling along with his cane. He then looked over at Luther, who was holding dad's ashes. "Whenever your ready, dear boy."

Luther hesitated, looking down at the ground in sorrow. Of course, Luther is the only one who is sad about the old man's death. Well, not including Pogo. That old monkey seemed too actual be sad as well. I would think after all these years of being stuck in the same house as him, he would be sick of him. I know I would be.

Finally, after what felt like a million years of Luther staring at the ground, he poured the ashes out. They landed in a sad pile on the ground. Klaus winced at the sight of it.
