One month later

It is believed that a Greek poet once said that time heals all wounds.

Clearly this so-called time fails at its job for the majority.

For centuries, vampires, werewolves, and witches have been at each other's necks, seeming to always be at odds. So as time passes, it only continues to escalate.

But behind the chaos and bloodshed, there is only pain. Hurt that was never resolved. And the first way people know how to express that pain is through hatred, frustration, or anger. So we continue to be at these odds, taking it out on one another because that's the one thing we know how to do.

It had been a month now... of me living within the Mikaelson house. The only people currently residing there were Klaus, Elijah and I.

Apparently Elijah kicked Marcel out, threatening that if he ever saw him again, he would no longer be alive. Unfortunately, wherever Marcel went, my brother did also, despite the rest of the crew staying behind.  I didn't feel any particular way about it; it was their drama, not mine.
