My book is inspired by The Originals, with slight bits of The Vampire Diaries. Watching both shows will probably be the best in order to understand the story. All rights go to the creator Julie Plec and both her shows (The Originals/The Vampire Diaries). I own nothing but the characters that have come from my own imagination.
Original Characters do not belong to me.

Sue Me Sabrina Carpenter
So sue me for looking so pretty tonight
Wearing your favorite color under the lights
For moving on, doing everything alright
So sue me for being good friends with your friends
And running into you the place that we met
For being something you can't forget

"Alright Caroline, I hear you. I will be careful."
A third yawn had escaped my mouth, causing my eyes to water a bit as I held the phone up to my ear, my other hand on the steering wheel.
"You better. I don't want anything happening to you while everyone else is here in Mystic Falls." Caroline's firm voice flowing back in my ear.
A smirk threatened the corners of my mouth.
"I mean, you could have well been here with me, in this car but...-"
Huffing sounded from the other line. "Rue. Don't. We already discussed New Orleans. Mystic Falls is my home, I wasn't going to leave it."
I lifted my hand in defense, as if she was right next to me. "Hey, if a sexy British vampire asked me to come somewhere with him, and it's a beautiful destination, you guys would never see me again."
"Yea that's what sets us both apart."
My eyes glanced at the car's touchscreen. 9:00 a.m.
"Caroline I promise I will be ok. I will call you once I get there and situated." I reassured, turning the car so I could get off the next exit.
"Ok. I love you and I miss you. Keep me updated."
I sent my love back before I pressed gently on the red button, ending the call and setting my phone in the cup holder.
