Hello my pups! I hope you like this next part. It's mostly getting to know the professors and staff but I'm gonna add some interesting things about them that I just made up to make it more interesting. So I hope ya like it and if you do please vote and comment!

I sat down at the long table right next to dumbledore until he did something I was not expecting. “Let's change the arrangement a little shall we?” he asked waving his wand in a circular motion and the long table turned into a round one where everyone could see each other. “That's better.” he said sitting back down.
“Now, I believe some introductions are in order?” he asked looking around the table at all 10 professors not including me or himself. I rose my hand like an idiot and smiled when everyone looked at me intently.
“I guess I should go first. Hi, I'm Y/n L/n and I'm the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher along with Quirrell and I like to hike, sing, dance, read, and (Name something you like to do. Sorry if you don't like these but it goes with the story so im sorry bout that.)
Everyone was astounded by how open I just was for some reason. I'm assuming Albus told them about my anxiety. I'm also a bit confused as to why i'm not freaking out right now, but i'll go with this confidence till it's gone. “ Well, I guess we should just go down the line. Say your name, what you teach, and one or two things you like to do.” ‘Well thanks Albus.’ I thought.
Mcgonnigal was to my right so she went next. “Well hello mrs. L/n, I am Minerva Mcgonnigal, I teach Transfiguration, and I quite like to dance.” I smiled sweetly at her looking to her right to see a big man sitting next to her. “Well hiya mis. L/n Im Rubeus Hagrid and I'm the keeper of keys and grounds here at hogwarts. And I actually like to sing and do a bit of hiking when I get the chance to.”
‘ Not expecting that,’ next up was Filius. “Hello L/n I'm sure you remember me from earlier. I am Filius Flitwick, I teach charms, and I like to write poetry.” ‘Wow. Alright Flitwick.’ Looking to his right I see the last professor I had spoken to earlier, Pomona. “Heya sweetie, It's good to see ya again. Well, I'm Pomona Sprout, I teach Herbology, and I actually like to garden as ironic as that sounds.”
Next down the line was a scrawny looking woman with long frizzy blonde hair and big round glasses. “H-Hi, I-im Sybill Trelawney, I teach D-divination, a-and I like to d-draw.” ‘She seems nice, and kind of reminds me of Quirrell.’ next to her sat a hawk looking woman with grey hair and beautiful bright yellow eyes. “Hi, I’m Rolanda Hooch, I'm the flying instructor and I'm also the quidditch referee, my hobby is snow skiing.” ‘I can see this woman breakin out some skis and catchin some air.’
Now there were Five professors left at the table. Next to Hooch sorta hovered this very stick like man who looked like he hasn’t showered in years. “ I'm Argus Filch, I'm the squib and caretaker of Hogwarts, and I don't like anything.” ‘ Why am I kinda not surprised that was his response?’ Either way, next to him was this nice looking woman.
“Hi, I am Charity Burbage, I teach muggle studies, and I enjoy reading.” ‘nice woman.’ Next to her was I believe the school nurse? I'm not exactly sure, but I guess i'll find out in a second won’t I? “Hello L/n, Im Poppy Pomfrey, I'm the school nurse, and I love snowboarding whenever I get the chance to.” She smiled in a way that pushed my anxiety even deeper to the back of my mind.
Finally we are down to Quirrell and Albus. Oh boy, now don’t get me wrong, I love talking to Quirrell, but it's hard to keep a conversation going with him sometimes. “Hey N/n, I-Im Quirinus Quirrell, a-and I-im Y/n’s a-assistant. My h-hobbie is d-dancing…” After that he was a bit quiet and we all waited for Albus.
“Well Welcome officially to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. My full name is Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, I am the headmaster, and I like to paint to calm my nerves down.” ‘ was not expecting painting to be something but alright’
“Now that we have all been introduced, let's eat!” He sounded genuinely excited to eat and it made me laugh. I picked up my fork and watched as a beautiful buffet was spread out in the middle of the circular table. I could tell everyone was having a good time, even Quirrell wasn’t looking too bad. ‘I'm going to really love it here.’ I thought to myself while finishing dinner. After dinner was finished we went our separate ways for the time being so we could freshen up for a nice game of cards later hosted by Albus. ‘ Home’
