Next morning

Jinyoung walks out of his room. You could hear his slippers gliding on the floor with each step he takes. He lets out a yawn, stretching his arms as he makes his way to his sister's room to check on her.

After she slammed her herself in her room last night, she didn't let anyone in her room except for Seulgi. She didn't leave her room for the rest of the night and the only time her room door opened was when Seulgi had to go home.

He reaches the closed door, looking at the blank white paint. He hesitantly raised his fist before lightly knocking on the door. "Sarah? Are you awake?"

There was no answer.

He knocks again, still no answer. He didn't want to wait for her to wake up so he went for the doorknob. Luckily for him it wasn't lock like how it was yesterday. "Sarah I'm sorry you had to find out that way. I didn't want..." He opens the door to find a empty bed. "...to break my promise with dad."

He widened his eyes, "Where is she?" He panics until his eyes caught a piece of paper laying on her bed instead.

Jinyoung.
I just need time to myself to think this through. Please do not worry and I already left another note for dad as well. My phone is offline so there isn't a way to contact me. If you need to know when I will be back, it will be before the wedding...if there even will still be a wedding.

After reading the note Jinyoung didn't hesitate to run out of the room and grab his car keys from his room. If he knew his sister well, he would know exactly where she would run off to.

-

"The number you are trying to reach-..." Seungmin sighs as his phone doesn't reach Sarah's for the nth time. "Why isn't my call going through?" He asks aloud.

"Her phone could be off. Why don't you head over to her house?" Chan asks. He looks at his friend and worry instantly fills his thoughts.

"I did, nobody was home." The boy replied.

Chan sighs, putting a hand on his friend's shoulder, "I think all you have to do now is wait. Give her some time and all that."

-

Jinyoung quickly stopped his car as he parked in the driveway. The screeches from his tires to the opening and closing of his car door could be heard. He knocks nonstop on the front door not caring if he was just waking up someone.

The door opens and Jinyoung didn't wait for any response, "Where is she?" He asks in a serious tone.

"Why are you still in your sleeping clothes?"

"Seulgi I'm serious. I know Sarah ran off to your house this morning so where is she?" Seulgi looks at the guy and sighs. "She actually came here in the middle of the night. But I don't know where she went, I woke up and found a note from her on her pillow." She explains.

"What did it say?"

Seulgi sighs as she passes her note to the guy.

Seulgi
Thanks for letting me stay here overnight. I didn't want to hide out here for the next few weeks and burden you so I've decided to hop on the next bus out of town. By the time you are reading this I will already be halfway towards wherever I decide to go. I have not decided yet because I know you will tell Jinyoung right away, so I'll see you guys when I'm ready.

"She just needs time to think and clear her mind so I think we should give her that, you know? Have her sort out her feelings." Jinyoung's face softened and nods. "Come in, you look like you need a cup of coffee." She pulls the guy by his hand, closing the door behind them.
