Two

A scream was heard from the entrance of the cafe.

"Oh my god Sarah! When did you get back?" Her friend since high school exclaimed as she waddles towards Sarah to hug her.

"Yesterday morning." Sarah hugs her back and guides her to their seats.

She playfully whacks her arm, "Why didn't you tell me? I would've came to pick you up at the airport."

Sarah chuckles, "Sorry Seulgi, my mind was occupied with other things. But hey we're here now and I want to catch up on everything that has been going on."

Seulgi nodded. "Okay great what do you want to know? Our old school closed down for renovations, the shy girl from high school became an idol, a new restaurant opened up down the street-"

Sarah laughs stopping the girl. "I want to know what's been happening with you."

"Oh," She nervously chuckles and puts her head down as if she was guilty for something. "What? What is going on with you?" Sarah shockingly said, looking at the girl.

"I've been seeing someone new and they make me very happy." Sarah looks at her with a smile on her face, "Why do you look nervous about this? Who is he? I bet he's very good looking."

"It's Park Jinyoung."

"My brother?! Ewww. I mean I'm happy for you guys but still ew." Seulgi giggles at her reaction. "Okay okay, how about you?"

She shrugs, "I'm not seeing anyone. I've had one small relationship in the states but that only lasted for a few months."

"Your brother told me about your fiancé." Seulgi blurted. Sarah pursed her lips. "Then you also know that he will be taking over the company and not me."

Seulgi sighs, "I thought you didn't care about that."

Sarah slumped in her seat, "I did but that was before I got to the states. I learned a lot and it helped me see things clearly so it just build up my passion."

Seulgi comforts Sarah by rubbing her shoulders.

"Uhh Seulgi what are you doing here?" Jinyoung acted surprised when Sarah showed up with Seulgi.

"She already knows. We don't have to hide it from her." Seulgi shook her head.

"You guys make a cute couple anyways, I've always rooted for you guys since the day I invited her to the house for the first time." Sarah said as she pulls Seulgi's hand.

Seulgi blushes as they walk in the house.

"Anyways why are you guys back so early?" Jinyoung follows the girls up the stairs to Sarah's bedroom.

"Dad said we'll be having a family dinner with Mr. Fiancé, so Seulgi is gonna help me choose out an outfit for when I meet this fiancé of mine. I need to look chic but also business-like to say that 'I'm well-fit and more prompt to be the new CEO of the company'.

He snickered, "You're crazy if you think dad will just change his mind. He looked serious about this Seungmin guy and the wedding."

Sarah swallowed a lump in her throat. "We'll see about that."

"Whatever. I don't mind a wedding but if he's some kind of stuck-up man I'm moving in with Seulgi." He said.

"Don't bother." Everyone jumped at the new voice towards the door.

"D-dad." Sarah threw her clothes to the side before her father could see.

"Because they'll be living with each other in the house that I bought for them." Sarah stood frozen at that sentence.

Her father left without saying another word. "YES...oh not the time. I'm-I'm gonna go." Only Jinyoung seemed excited about the soon-to-be newlyweds, only because Sarah will have to move out.

She plopped on her bed. "I can't believe this."

"I've always been independent, now I have to live with the guy?"

Seulgi sat next to her, "I mean you guys are going to be married." She shook her head. "Not helping."

"I'm starting to miss America now." Sarah pouted. Seulgi chuckles, "Next time, take me with you." Sarah smiles and side hugs her.

She stood up and shook off the bad vibes that was tossed at her. "Let's just focus on the outfit and later we can do more fun things before the dinner I can't really think about."

"Dude you're crushing it."

The girls ended up hanging at the arcade before Sarah has to go home to get ready for the dinner.

"Who knew I was so good at basketball." Seulgi laughs.

"H-hi Park Sarah. My name is Park Sooyoung and I'm a huge fan of yours. May I have a picture with you?"

Even though Sarah was known as the CEO's daughter, she also got her fame from doing some modeling work. She didn't want to be labeled as a spoiled brat to the media so she found a way to put her pretty face to good use and made her own money.

"Aw of course." The girl snapped a quick selfie with Sarah and happily left.

"Look at you. You're good with people, a good quality for a boss. I wonder if Seungmin has that."

She chuckles, "I don't even want to think about the guy. I bet he's just some glasses geek who my father was just fond of. I mean no pretty boy would want to be a CEO. Right?"

Seulgi shrugged her shoulders, "Who knows."

Sarah sighs at the thought. "What am I going to do?"
